Breakfast was nice and staff is very caring and helping in nature.

Tennis court times should prioritise to customers than hotel internal staff members like swimming and fitness trainers. Some of the amenities are not arranged the modern way. There should be another set of bathroom/toilet in 1BHK studio.

The breakfast was superb, the rooms clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and very accommodating.

We were a big fan of marriot suites in Pune. But when it came to cooperation and guidance. It was a complete zero. Being as a marriot bonvoy member, nobody helped us to redeem our points. Plainly the answer was we don’t know and it’s a bonvoy issue. It’s a bad experience, rather than sweet talk , a guided and helping hand was required, which did not exit. Pathetic scenario.

The Location is very good. Staff is very courteous. Facilities in the room were very good.Overall a very nice experience.

The location of the property is surrounded by buildings and is in a congested area. The entry road to the hotel is not impressive. That said these issues did not cause any major problem.Rooms were spacious and excellent with all amenities. The air-conditioning was perfect. Room and bathroom amenities were of superior quality.The breakfast spread was huge and included hot counter items. Quality of food and beverage was very good.

While we had no complaints during our stay but we had an issue post our stay. While checking out I missed packing a trouser belt. The very next day I informed the hotel about it and requested them to check the room for the item. There was however no response from the hotel. It took me another couple of calls over 2 days before Sejal confirmed over phone that the belt has been found and advised me to send an email for further process. I duly sent the email to the addresses given to me on 13th Feb 25. Sad to say there has been no response from the hotel till date. A bit tardy for a Marriott I would say. I can only pray and hope I will get my belt soon.Edit: Just to update the hotel swung into action in the last couple of days and sent my belt and some other items of clothing which I had missed to pack on check out by courier yesterday which I received today. I was impressed with the speed of the above action and at the very nominal courier cost. So while a little tardy to start with the hotel made up with their prompt actions in the last 2 days.

Good location and close to Pune city, breakfast was excellent, staff went out of the way to make us comfortable. Kids play area was a bonus. The suite was very comfortable and spacious.

Everything was excellent

The Breakfast spread was excellent and so was the staff efficiency. Live counters were managed well and food was served hot to the table. Choice of food was also sufficient.

The room floor needs to be cleaned better. Stayed in room no 4403. Also the Sakura SPA needs better trained therapists.

1 star for NEGLIGENCE and LACK OF CARE FOR A RETURNING LOYAL GUEST. I have been staying at mariott suites for the past 5 weeks (3 days every week for work) and the inconsistency of the staff, housekeeping and maintenance has been extremely inconsistent.

1. The housekeeping one day with the female staff was fantastic - the second day with the male staff was extremely NEGLECTED from the dishes to the bathroom, extreme careless and rushed.2. NEGLIGENCE OF THE FRONT DESK- I come to this hotel every week for 2-3 days for my work- this is my 5th week in a row - my wife sent me a bag with my heart medication - she called the front desk and spoke to “SNEHA” Sneha collected the bag and said she would deliver it right away. 20 mins later I called down to the front desk and they asked what kind of bag, what color etc. the lady at the front said she would check.20 more mins later and I asked if the bag would be delivered, she said yes 2 minutes.This took over 1 hour to get the bag, they delivered it and had absolutely no care or explanation as to why it took so long.THIS WAS UNACCEPTABLE and I will be taking this up to BONVOY and the MARIOTT Coporate because this was EXTREME NEGLIGENCE!3. Took over 40 mins to check in, when I’m a regular at this hotel. 4. The food is overpriced and bland and the guy who takes the orders takes absolutely NO instructions on orders so it’s always made different. Never the same.5. The staff to come and collect the bags and actually get you set in the room or check out is UNACCEPTABLE as the girls and guys at the front desk and upper management are plenty, but very few are actually working.

Marriott Suites Pune is one of the finest stays within the said location of Koregaon Park Annex.The rooms are spacious along with all the required amenities for the comfortable stay.The stay was pleasant.

Spacious and clean suite, courteous staff, good amenities . Room service was quick but just a suggestion to add more options in the in room dining menu for brunch if possible.

They had installed automatic bidet on the toilet seat..it was a bit uncomfortable and took some time to get used to it .

Breakfast was excellent, the service was very good.The house keeping staff was also very good.

The rooms were small and wish that both bedrooms had en suite bathrooms. Though the location was not too far but the traffic was terrible.

I wish to have non slipary tiles in bathroom. Two three times I was about to slip.Another thing is road noise in the bedroom. Not sure how it was coming even sliding windows were closed.Last thing is when you close the curtains they should overlap each other. In our bedroom there was open space at centre even curtains were closed. In the morning light coming from middle space was interupruting our sleep. In short when curtains are closed then there should be darkness.

Good Hotel Apartment to stay with family in Pune. Food is good and location in the midst/close to many key business and other establishments.

Size & design of the room and its upkeep

The room was spacious and clean,dine in service was good , food was delicious, and staff was courteous.

The hair dryer was not there, so we called and asked to send one, but they said it should be there in the cupboard and also would send one but never did. Also, the room was facing the road and it was noisy, especially at night.
