The Central Park Hotel

Location, Service, Turn-around time, Staff

Waiting time for check out, pricing needs little more flexibility, breakfast better options

Stuff, services, location,

Carpet cleaning

Location, staff behaviour, laundry, room service etc.

There was a small issue with the food billing which did get resolved later, and well compensated.

Location. Clean rooms.

Bathroom was getting clogged.

Easy checkin n room cleanliness with good breakfast

Bathroom vents didn’t work.

Staff was courteous. Very clean facility. Room was modern and very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Having free water and some snacks was helpful. Close to Pune train station.

Although I wouldn't say that 'I didn't like':1. The location does not have any cafes or restaurants at walking distance.2. Breakfast is mainly Indian. No continental. Whatever few pastries they had were very dry.

The room was big, comfortable and complementary snacks were nice. The breakfast had a big selection of traditional European breakfast as well as meats and side dishes. Pretty quiet location.

I was surprised they don't exchange Euros (but there is an ATM just around the corner). Coffee was really not great, otherwise no objections.

People try to solve issues

First room was really badThe swimming pool is very bad The food is bad

Room was bright, clean and spacious. Has all the amenities expected. Staff very friendly and attentive. Good value for money.

There isn't much really and they're very minor. Hotel is located a fair distance from the train station though walkable in 10-15 minutes. There are not much eating or shopping options nearby and the hotel restaurant is relatively expensive. Room could do with some USB charging ports.

Hospitality is top notch

Pest Control and maybe they could confirm all bathroom utilities were in working condition without fault before room allocation. But response to the same was very efficient.

I had a nice room, staff was very nice and prices of the restaurant and roomservice are very acceptable. It is also nice that the hotel is close to the railway station and a number of small restaurants (try Nandu, one street over).

Location good # room clean # food delicious specially breakfast ? awesome # hotel ? staff very politely -service very good specilly resturant staff super ? all ?

Old property

Mr Nainesh is really customer service oriented, he made the restaurant suggestions very easy and as per European taste. The room is very clean and you get bath essentials The swimming pool is very nice and you get a rooftop view from there

Very well appointed room. A place for everything. Generous open storage for large air baggage enabling easy access. Toiletries including toothbrush with paste and bar soap. Separate dedicated space for kettle unlike other hotels where it is on the table or drawer. Ledges that you can use for your tiny possessions like watches, rings, etc. Slippers ✔️ Good sized bathroom with excellent shower; and bonus was a space in the wall for your own toiletries, which most hotels don’t have. Swimming pool is small but nice

There was no safe/ locker. The room was not cleaned on day 2 until late evening despite having instructed housekeeping before we left at noon; and then took two reminders for someone to be sent in. No towels provided at the swimming pool; this was unexpected, so had to walk back to the room, causing inconvenience . Showers are a staircase down, causing some inconvenience but i wouldn’t rate it down for that. Room service Food is expensive.

Room comfort, room service and food

Cockroaches in room, tariff has become expensive, more options for breakfast needed, telecom wasnt working properly

Did not hv breakfast due to paucity of time, but would hv liked if atleast tea & 2 break toast were served at 9 am as complimentary had no time to come for breakfast

All was good

Staff were very helpful, really liked the warm and jovial gesture of Santa Cruz hero of the facility.

One one floor rennovation was going, so in this case, they should not give rooms on that floor

Good location, very spacious and overall value for money .

Friendly staff, central location, comfortable rooms, clean bathroooms

Excellent staff and service

The Breakfast was horrible and absolutely no choice for Non vegetarians, there was no decent fresh juices and cut fruits were not being refilled, coffee and tea was cold. Would suggest to please not opt for Breakfast rather eat at plenty of restaurants very close.
