- Unhygienic property. Dining area was dirty and food was all over the floor from previous night on both mornings of our stay. Water bottle was charged. Check in was a painful exercise, they had no record of the booking and the person at the desk was clueless.

I requested twin beds at least and an extra mattress. They do not have that at all in the hotel - I cannot understand why they took the booking. Two extra mattresses were given but after a long argument. Absolutely no courtesy or interest from the staff to answer on what was offered while booking and why it is not available. The breakfast was very monotonous and not at all tasteful. service and courtesy not at all up to any mark.

Staff very helpful and friendly. The place is quite and the room is spacious.
No Fridge, no microwave, no glasses or cup, and the mattress is so soft which is not comfy. Other 3 stars hotel have all these facilities l.
