Everything other than the location, breakfast was of no quality, toiletries were not enough.

The room was very small and it did not even a proper desk for laptop to work, don't have appropriate toiletries like shampoo etc. as per that price was very high and they asked to pay full on the first day whereas I already paid advance. There was not much variation in breakfast.

* Room charges - very affordable!* Ease of online food ordering - The restaurant gave full freedom to order food online from anywhere and they also supplied cutlery to eat the outside food along with bringing the food to the room after taking delivery at the reception.* Balcony - surprisingly there was a small balcony in the back of my room which offered good views. One may grab their chair to sip a coffee in the evening while watching the night set in.

* Corridor and lift areas* Parking space in basement - too steep gradient* No in-house restaurant available to order food* AC remote was not in great working condition, the AC didn't seem to be fully functional. However, in this season it was pleasant so didn't miss the AC* The location was boring, with no nearby places to go for eating on foot.

Ambience and staff behaviour was great

No toiletries provided and no cleaning unless asked for! Complimentary breakfast was average and can be improved

Stayed for a night while travelling from Goa to Mumbai. The rooms are clean and well maintained.

Breakfast was served in a very poor and unprofessional manner. No arrangement done to keep the breakfast warm which was arranged from outside vendor. Tasteless breakfast just to comply with the commentary tag. Overall very poor.

Except the location, everything was in mess. Totally unprofessional, non responsive staff who could mot provide the bare necessary amenities in time.

The staff was cooperative. They provide breakfast with limited options but it's Ok.

I booked the room as in the amenities it was mentioned that it provides an electric kettle but when I checked in they told me that their stock of milk is finished so they cannot provide. When I insist they arranged after 10-11 hours of Check in. For everything you have to ask. Service is bit slow.

Breakfast was very good. though there were not many items but all the dishes given were very tasty. The breakfast buffet area was clean and hygienic.

Room service was extremely slow. Could of times I ordered tea and it took almost more than an hour to get the tea. The pillow covers were dirty and torn out. I complained at the hotel reception but no one changed.

I had to pay early checkin charge for only 1 hr early checkin despite of room being vacant and that time during the discussion the person Ankush was not at all cooperative he even refused to talk to treebo customers support from my mobile..

The rooms were clean. Beds are comfortable.Television set properly recharged for the channels

The coffee and tea sachets are not provided by default. You need to ask them on every visit.The geyser does not generate that hot water. It is slightly warm when through tap. But not at hot all when shower is used.

I really enjoyed my stay there. They were really good people who always helped and also considered my request for early check-in. For me, it's a must place to go another time.

WIFI was really unstable and bad and drinking water facility was something I feel they must improve.

Location is not very accessible, but ok, for someone who has come for short term . Property is decent. It has capacity to grow into a good business hotel if they take care of small things that money alone cant buy. Staff was courteous, tried to help with an early checkin.

Breakfast is important, it builds the impression of the hotel, have good seats, give good breakfast. it was very average, cleaniness can be better. Lift had to always be used with generator , you have 5 floors, Room should have water , some tea/cofee, it does not cost much, but gives great impression.

Location was near popular business area where many reputed companies have offices.

Poor power supply and mostly non-functional lift.

The location is suitable for people who want to go around wakad and hingewadi. Basic facilities are also good at the hotel.

But overall service is not up to the mark as expected from Treebo. I have been to other branches like Chennai, Banglore, and Satara but the Pune location is average compared to them. Horrible breakfast. Not expected from Treebo. Not enough hot water. Not so clean sheets. The staff could have been more helpful.
