Room and bathroom were very clean. The staff made check-in easy and were always polite. Breakfast was average but acceptable. Good for a quick stay.

I stayed here for 2 nights during a work trip. The stay was comfortable and peaceful. Staff was professional, and service was timely. The only thing that can be improved is room soundproofing.

Only location was ok. 10 min walk from Infosys Phase 1. Lift is there in the hotel. Kettle in the room. Split Ac is there though I didn't use it.

Oil stain marks on bedsheets and pillowcases. Tried to change the rooms, but all were like that only. Poorly maintained bathrooms. Bathrooms has fungus on the wall with lot of seepage even though it was a non-rainy season. Impolite staff was a big turn-off. When I complained to the front desk about a broken toilet seat, a room boy checked the toilet and said nothing can be done. He asked me to vacate the hotel if I don't like it. This was happening at 9 PM. He tried to argue with me that I should have checked the room when checking in. The breakfast was below average since their kitchen was under renovation. No iron box available on request.

Room was shabby, the bed liners and pillow cover soiled, congested bathroom. No hot water

Staff was not attentive. No room service was available. Entire hotel was full of smoking smell. Toilets were highly unhygenic. Breakfast arrangement was very poor.Not recommended for the family.

Fabhotel changed our hotel at the very last moment.Inspite of request to provide all rooms in one property, they booked four rooms in one hotel and two rooms in other hotel. Hotel location was good but not maintained properly. Some staffs are rude and lack hospitality manners.

Provided cheap breakfast, Poha for first day and Sabudana Khicdi for second day. Kitchen staff rudely told that kitchen will be closed for next two days and we have to look for other option whereas Breakfast is included in.the room charges. Room was upgraded to double occupancy but reception staff denied extra blanket, have to sleep three nights without blanket. Some of the portion of the property is rented out as PG accommodation and young boys n girls roaming late night around hotel. Hotel is not suitable for family accommodation. Rooms are not cleaned properly. Lack of professionalism. ACwasnot working in my room and no TV was there. Door locking is big task. It doesnt locked properly. The key got struck in the lock. For all five days, I have to use Master Key(Card Key) to lock my room. Overall waste of money.

Not very good

The company Fab Hotel is actually a Fraudulent Hotel. Firstly it confirmed the booking with required booking amount as per its T n C but denied and cut a sorry figure not able to accommodate. When I told them to take legal action against them, they finally accommodate me in a very poor and unhygienic room with poor facilities. As I was on official tour so that I focussed on my work with accommodation challenge.Thank you for query.

The beheaviour of the staffs was very bad , They asked us to even wait during checkout and didnt allow us to leave till they made a checkup of the room and eventually found nothing. We didnt get any support from the staffs, when we asked for water i had to carry the water myself , the staff didnt bring the water i only had to go to the reception and bring the bottle of water, I will never recommend or stay at this property again.
