Hotel Phoenix

Location and Breakfast

No Lift, Wash Room was not Great and the Cost was too high against the Facilities offered

The hotel is situated in a good green side road away from traffic. The room and bathroom was spacious and comfortable. The staff are courteous and polite. The breakfast spread was good. Stay is worth the room tariff

The only unusual thing I found was that the room was slightly dusty.

Comfortable stay, very humble staff right from Reception to Manager everyone is always ready to help.

Need lift in this hotel

The property was very pretty and well kept. The rooms and bathroom were very spacious, perfect for a family. The dining area and outdoor area were quaint. The staff was very polite and prompt in helping. We stayed overnight in the hotel and had no complaints whatsoever.

The AC was right above the bed and the draft was straight on our heads. Save that, I have no complaints.

Cleanness and prompt service

Many Mosquitoes, may have health issue.car driver should have the stay location inside.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. It was a very nice and well decorated room, spacious and well laid out. The hotel is attractive. The breakfast was very good and so was the restaurant. Located away from the madness of downtown Pune, so peaceful. Yet the staff were always ready to arrange transport with Uber for me for wherever I wanted to go. On balance I would recommend this hotel and regard it as very good value for money.

This may only refer to the room I stayed in, but the window in the bathroom was not properly insulated so there were a number of mosquitoes at night. The toilet was poor at flushing and one had to flush a number of times to properly flush it. The room had a common balcony with an adjoining room but only the adjoining room had access to this balcony. A bit of an intrusion into one's privacy. The rooms all face into a common area on the ground floor, so there might be a noise issue with some of the lower level rooms. My room was on the 3rd floor so did not have an issue but then the hotel was not particularly busy during my stay.

The overall experience and stay is very poor and I will never recommend anyone to stay . Lot of mosquitoes are dancing in night I can’t even sleep the whole night . House keeping call not picked up . Also the complementary breakfast added for which they charged is actually complementary . All breakfast is cold in hot temperature / limited options available - only Chana bhatura and idli sambar - when I asked for paranthas he told me this is on order only not added in breakfast buffet . OVERALL BIG NO IF SOMEONE PLAN TO STAY IN THIS HOTEL .

BIG NO TO STAY ALL WASTAGE OF MONEY

Location, ambience and food was great.

The food was tasty and good. Breakfast had good options and was fresh. The room service we ordered was also of good standard

The room boy and restaurant staff was very good but the front desk was not so friendly.

Stay was good. Staff was good. Room was clean and nice.

Bathroom was small and not so nice, everything was clean and working though.

Breakfast was great.

I found a cockroach in my room. Sheets were not changed daily. Room was small

Big rooms and washrooms, and restaurant on hotel property.

Breakfast was a little chaotic as things weren't very structured but not so unmanageable that it became a major issue.

Property was ok

front desk and management were little difficult. Inspite of we having a approval of extra bed, they made it really difficult and took time to check us in, it was really late in the night and we had to endure the difficulty

Pleasant

There was a late check out requested by the guests which i wasnt aware of. The hotel should have informed me or told me the same since im the one whos paying the bills and had paid the advance too. They conveniently sent me an added invoice of for 2 additional hours and said unless it was cleared we wont let the guests leave. All this when i was already travelling myself. Bad communication by who ever was managing the same.

Very clean, neat, well decorated and lively place. We spent 4 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the room size, view, quiet location and spacious balcony. Breakfast spread was really good too with a menu that changed daily.

The cleaning staff threw out our toothbrushes and toothpaste on one of the day’s room cleaning - for no reason! That was very unfortunate!

Breakfast was alright but the location is spot on right in the heart of Pune

The beds are too soft

Two storied without lift. Rest looks fine in terms of ambience, amenities, location as well comfort. Needs improvement on staff training & quality of food/kitchen services.

Location, ambience...

Close to airport and my venue

No airport pick up

The location and hotel are very good

The staff is having attitude and not polite not all but some staff .

The location and the room size

The new staff is not ready up to the mark
