Breakfast was good. The location of the hotel was also good. The staff were polite and helpful.

The room facilities were not good. If you get up early in the morning, you have to wait till 0730 for the restaurant to open, even for a cup of tea.

ok. no fish and mutton preparations in food is sorry state of affairs.

there should have been tea and coffee bags available in the room. when you keep hot electric kettle and no tea bags it creates a bad impression.

Only location and parking

Overall stay was not comfortable. Towels are dirty.. hot kettle was not clean.. no Bath mats provided.. extra bed was worst.. will not visit this hotel again

Nothing except location

Maintenance, staff, facilities. You will get only one bottle of mineral water irrespective of your stay. Television has very limited channels and every day has to recharged by calling the housekeeping.

The room was clean and there are many stores nearby

Bad reception. The commode seat was broken. Bathroom fittings are in bad shape. Rusted and broken. Only one bottle of water is provided irrespective of length of the stay. Limited TV channels which require daily recharging.

Proximity to Balewadi and the location.

Front Office staff while checking in was disastrous. Not fit for the hospitality business. Bed Linen was also not very clean.

Friendly staff. Restaurant is not extremely overpriced compared to city restaurants and food is good. Rooms are quiet.

The hotel is a bit overpriced, mainly because it looks old and lacks some maintenance and because it does not include breakfast.

Did not take breakfast. Soup was good at night.

Very overpriced for a run down hotel with no hot water beyond 9 pm and before 7 am. Room was average lying clean and the kettle was leaking. Will not recommend.

room was not clean at all .. all the furniture got old, even telephone was so old, they are not even supportive staff, I asked for the charger as it was emergency.. they dint even try and said no. for customer hotels has to be supportive in emergencies. no speaking sense .. not good welcome.. they treat everyone same only.. not hygienic. property is very old .. they dint even renovate it .. it seems

Bathroom does not have bucket. The shower was broken. Then after so much fight they give me another room that even next day. Stay away from this hotel especially family

Housekeeping is very very bad.The room has not had enough lighting and is also very humid.

Only restaurant for was okay.

Staff don't know how to talk with guests.Ordered coffee when we checked in but it took them 1 hour to serve coffee.AC was leaking in my room and water was coming on my head due to which I didn't able to sleep while night. Even after complaining no one came to check it.

NO COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST PROVIDED.TEA FLASKS WERE NEVER WASHEDONLY HALF QUANTITY OF TEA AND COFFEE WERE SERVED IN THE ROOM BUT CHARGED FULLYTHE UPHOLTERY WERE DIRTY AND STINKINGCHECK ROOM 203 FOR FIRST HAND VIEW

Food was good, restaurant ambience is nice.Very friendly, competent, helpful staff

Only thing I did not like was the bathroom.It was very unclean & had old, barely functional fittings.Also, it was priced higher than I found it to be worth.

Very uncomfortable could not sleep the whole night with the bed linen situation

Cleanliness. The bathroom which was dirty, the bathroom floor was not even cleared of human hair. The showers were all stained.Bed linen & sofa were stained and probably not cleaned for long.Along with the kettle they could have provided some tea coffee satches which the staff refused to provide.

Lots need to be improved. Management needs to seriously revamp and take care of day today functioning staff needs to be proactive and. It take guests for granted .need training

Tea /coffee on time .tea bags coffee satchel required in the room .cable connection recharge a must to watch all channels. In short lot of improvement required
