Appliances were not fully functional like induction stove, electric kettle was not working. Sink was blocked.

The property was maintained well, it was clean

We faced a huge problem of bed bugs in our room number 305. The bed as well as sofa was infested with bed bugs, which led to skin rashes

Rooms were as per photos shown on website. It was clean and neat. There proper communication on phone call from staff.

Staff charged Rs 1000 in cash for two of my friends who came to meet me. This type of charges are unheard of. Kitchen staff was arrogant and talked rudely after placing order.

Breakfast was good. Fresh dishes were available on demand. Continental dishes were missing.The staff was friendly ..The owner has very professional and honest approach. The barcode machine took double payment which, the owner refunded quickly.

Rooms were clean and at good location in kharadi

I stayed for 6nights 7days. Breakfast was not that great. Service could have been faster- usually takes about 45min-1.5hrs for any simple ask and sometimes they forgot. Of the 2 stove inductions, 1 was not working for the whole 7days stay and when complained they said that's how it is for all the rooms. Staff didn't know how to switch on the smart TV for me to cast my stuffs. Finally, the phone from the room to call for Service was not working for the last 4days of my stay. With all these, the price seemed higher.

Rooms are big and spacious. Location is very close to World Trade Centre. It's basically a 1 BHK with facilities like Sofa, Bed, Fridge, TV, AC, Oven etc.

There was a smell of furniture paint in the whole room. It was very irritating. They are charging 32rs for a water bottle which is very high and they give only 1 complementary water bottle per day. That needs to be improved.

Full serviced apartment. You can cook in the mini kitchen. Spacious rooms.

Staff was not quite professional. I found them infighting amongst themselves loudly twice at the reception desk.

The whole hotel was smelling of the dampness including the rooms. We had a bad experience with the staff where they first didn’t give us the rooms we booked and the next day asked us to again switch the rooms.The hotel is ovverated fof sure.The only good thing was the breakfast and the servers.

The staff is quite good and hospitable, the location is perfect and there are a lots of eating joints near by. Its centrally located and is a good place. The hotel is good and is recommended!!!

The hotel and staff was good but the issue was with internet connectivity, we had to survive with our mobile data. Also the AC wasn't cooling at all, and the complaint was raised about the same. If the hotel works on these two things then nothing like it.

Good size room with balcony. ACs and TVs in hall and bedroom. Kitchen has Fridge, kettle, micro, induction plate with vessels, plates and some cutlery. Comfy and cosy rooms. Bathroom is also tidy, but could be cleaner. Staff are decent.

WiFi is not the best, had to rely on hotspot from time to time. Have to pay more than MRP for bottled drinking water, or they should provide filter water

Worst experience in pune

I had the worst experience in this place because of the following reasons.1. Staff was not friendly and didn't even try to resolve our issues in time during our stay.2. Amenities were missing, like there were no utensils in the kitchen, and what they provided after asking many times was totally useless and there Gym was not operational. They didn't even provide water bottles even after asking multiple times. They did not provide an iron or hairdryer as mentioned in there Amenities.3. This property sits directly under a public gym so from early morning till late night loud noises of heigh weights kept disturbing us. The walls had molds on many places.4. Due to our bad experience here we had to leave this place just after 3 days and they didn't even provide the refund for rest of the 6 days. 5. On booking.com the price for this property was 28,000 but at the property they charged 32000.
