Amazing value for such high‑end quality. The modern bathroom had great lighting and water pressure. Housekeeping was meticulous. Front‑desk staff handled our requests quickly and graciously.

NO Breakfast done after seeing other conditions

very poor cleanliness. Washroom was not clean at all. Chair given was having too much dust. There was no power back up and TV was also not working and Wifi was very poor.

Breakfast is good with Indian and continental choices. Loved the fresh fruits and coffee. A good way to start the day!

Accommodation and hospitality is good in terms of room space, cleanliness, quality of things used. Staff are well disciplined, only necessary talks been accepted. Food wise no comments every hotel has got different tastes in serving (high level-hygiene) and of course no comments on location spot because of the city view.Price may look higher, but it is again meant for luxury what we experience over there. I would prefer such a stay point and also recommend this place to my friends.

Only stayed for one night and it was really amazing . Staff is attentive and very courteous. Even the hot coffee was delicious in the morning .

I stayed here for one night . Location is good to stay in Wakad as I had a business meeting and I was really surprised to see the hospitality provided in the amount I paid. Staff is co operative and really nice . Overall good stay for budget travellers.

Free Wi-Fi, location near to small eateries and Global punjab a decent restaurant in 700 meters walk.

As soon as checked in, there was power outage and no generator back up. Had to stay for almost 4 hours without electricity. Breakfast there were 3 basic options and no kitchen. It was bought from nearby petty shop and given in a plastic carry bag.

OYO Representative worst behaviour

Hotel guys did answer the callOyO representative on call was untrealistic and poor in customer serviceI was waiting to get accomodation for 1hrs And representative was worried about others customer on queue which he is yet to speak but the customer who was on call with him( myself) Representative was hardly interested to listen and understand my positionThat's a worst customer service from OYO and property guys who were unprofessional in their dealings with customerRegardsVinod
