They have cancelled my booking from booking.com without any permission and take money than site. The room was not clean don't have enough facilities. kettle and tea/coffee,mugs are not there. Towels and toiletries are not in place. As they have outside food not allowed policy, the food from restaurant is overpriced and tasteless. Just waste of money. Even Bedsheet was torned. Wifi is not working properly. Frequently disconnected. Reception calls you anytime without any reason. No privacy. Over all staying here it's just waste of money.

Hotel services and facilities are good and room and reception area clean and nice ,Receptionist mam ms.vaish took very less time to check in and check out and treated well,all over stay was good .nice hotel blue mystic

Location - easily approachable from Bangalore-Mumbai highway. Room - decent size, good cleanliness.

Bathroom - broken window panesParking - even though its free, it was in open area behind the hotel (land doesn't seem to belong to hotel).Food - taste was good. However, rotis were served cold (perhaps extra cooked for the party hall function).Breakfast: nothing was in place even at 8.30am.

The ambience was lovely. The entrance was really fantastic. The receptionist was very humble . In short all was very good

The shower was not working. There were no hand wash. The basin tap was kind of broken. The rooms weren't big enough for the price.

Room was clean, wifi and AC rooms. Comfortable for couples and their safety point of view its nice hotel. Covid-19 precautions where taken.Food is also good

Reviews given on booking.com seems to be not accurate. We book rooms but other than reception, nothing was good.

The staff was misbehaving. I was about to call the police. Please keep such shady places out of your listings.
