location was very good near to air port only 1.5 km from the hotel brek was up to the mark there are many varieties eating all of them not posssible breakfast satisfactory

Only wifi was working well..else nothing much to mention

Very limited breakfast option just idli with cold sambhar and watery coconut chutney, paratha and bread Butter. No soap or toiletries in bathroom. Just one towl and only one bottle of water. In bathroom water leakage from the tap. No tissue paper. Just very very average room. TV as small as computer monitor. Nothing much to appreciate

Thank you treebo iris suites..it was great stay @ ur place . Room & Service was good Clean & hygeine very well maintained

All good on complaints about anything

Good staff good service good food

There is a musty smell while entering the room. uncleaned toilets, room floor full of hair. broken switches , fan regulator, dirty toilet. disgusting bathroom floor with broken water outlet lid. overall it's a poor room for the money they charged.

Extremely poor quality and dirty rooms.complimentary break fast had only poori & upma. No chutney, sambar. Only aloo sagu. ambience is totally bad with dirty chairs and surroundings.

not good

No proper cleaning freebees are kept in room bed not proper

room was not as shown on booking app

cleanness, hotel building

Stay was good, staff is very professional and behaviour is very good and polite.

The only suggestion is to improve the quality of breakfast and options. Breakfast was average and taste was ok.

Beautiful and cozy place to stay at Viman nagar and it’s very close from the airport!Clean bed and washroom.. good food as well Thank you for your hospitality ?

Location StaffFood

Everything was good.. except the thing that my room was adjacent to the staff room .. and there was a heavy noise of staff .. even in late nights also

Hotel Staff room should not be adjacent to the guest room

Our Stay was very Pleasant. The Staff was extremely courteous and Helpful. The facilities, Room were very clean. The staff went an extra mile to help us with our transportation. Excellent stay.

There is not one thing I can say I did not like. Everything was just excellent

Location 5 minutes away from airport in viman nagar food is tasty clean bed and clean washroom

The only good point is the location of the property.

The property did not look clean to begin with. The rooms were really small and dingy. Bedsheets looked dirty and unchanged, lights didn’t work in the roomAnd the bathroom was reeking of cigarettes. We had to ask for a change of room, the replacement was the same as well. Small, dingy rooms with no amenities. The breakfast buffet was horrible, no choice of food. Only two dishes were served in the buffet which is not really how a buffet is supposed to be. Anything we asked for was chargeable including eggs which is basic food item in any breakfast buffet. And the food in buffet was cold and bland.

Breakfast and location of property.

Bed was terrible due to which my partner is suffering from backache. Further, bedsheet was also very dirty. :(Totally disappointed.

It’s a decent and a clean place to stay

I hope only the food was a not to my liking but nice breakfast and affordable food at the restaurant.

The hotel is at a very good location, near the airport and shopping mall. Our check in was fast and the room given immediately after arrival. We were allowed a bit of late check out too which helped as our flight was delayed. At the price it is a steal with breakfast included too.

For our trip it was all good so no complaints.

over all good, rooms clean and comfortable.

late night check in and then no arrangement for refreshment.

Great Location, responsive staff.

I unfortunately got bitten by a bed bug. Promptly called reception and they promised a new room. I had an very early start at 6am, but once back from office i got a new room and the rest of the stay was worry free.
