- At the time of booking my account shows that you have to pay rupees 2190 but when I reached there they were demanded 3500 at the end they have taken rupees 3000. It shouldn't happen if one has pre booked the room.

Hotel owner didn't accepted the booking from Booking.com and inform to contact back to customer care.They have charged extra amount which was showing more than the price reflecting in the application

They asked extra money for stay. Saying we can't give you in booking price. No help from booking.com
Hotel declined the reservation saying the tariff is different. Had to move to another property. Request full refund as the hotel denied check in.

VERY BAD HOTEL , DONT RECOMMEND TO ANY ONE. NO WATER, BATHROOM , WALL ARE LEAKAGES , NO CLEANLINESS. PATHETIC

They refused my booking when I reached said that no booking available. Then when i called customer care they told booking available, but the counter guy asked me to pay extra 1850 rs and told that my booking price is too low. Unfortunately i have no option as in the middle of night. The rooms were pathetic. Dirty and not at all clean. Staff refused to clean.
