Sharman Suites

The staff was very friendly. Tasty breakfast, location was convenient.

Location. Cleanliness. Friendly staff.

No parking. Only 1 key card for 2 guests.

While I appreciate the prompt check-in process, I regret to share that my overall experience did not meet expectations.

Staff Attitude: Found the service to be dismissive and lacking professionalism.Room Quality: The room was uncomfortably small for the price, with subpar amenities.Value for Money: The stay fell short of justifying the cost.

The room was clean and everything was new. Very good price and closed to European standards. It is on the right track!

The room was small. In the bathroom need a glass for the shower and also the option to use the running water on the shower! We were searching the receptionist for 30 minutes but probably it was a busy time.

Well maintained property, location is good

The need to take care about mosquito menace

Location is perfect for any side connectivity in Pune.

Mosquitoes were rampant. Noisy rooms due to bathroom and toilet flush noises.

Our group had gone for a run so our expectation was for a clean, hygienic place with basic amenities such as running hot water, car parking, clean beds and decent washrooms. Sharman Suites ticked all the boxes. What came as a bonus was the staff, led by Dharmendra. All the staff members were extremely polite and responsive and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable.

The room size could have been bigger. We were promised twin rooms, but 3 out of 4 rooms had double bed.

Clean and hygienic place. Very helpful staff. Would like to appreciate Dharmendra Singh who was at the reception.

The rooms were smaller. Limited parking space.

Very clean and compact rooms. Efficient staff with cordial attitude. Tasty breakfast.

Hotel is compact and has small rooms. The size of the room is hidden by the immaculate cleanliness

Location. Responsive staff. Nice breakfast. Clean rooms. Well thought out bathrooms. Good cleaning daily.

Room size bit small.

Good location , other market are nearby like food and daily use stuff

Limited variety in Breakfast

Breakfast was basic but tasty and filling.

The location with shopping area and better restaurants.

it’s in the center of the city

no parking, no food allowed, no quick room service, staff is rude, staff is not cooperative, bedsheets not clean, towels not clean

stuff were so friendly and understanding. I chose this hotel because it was opposite hospital and I had a surgery on that hospital. after surgery also I backed to this hotel because I found it comfortable like home.

Very clean rooms, well maintained, alert and polite staff.

The room i was in was a bit small, but that's not really a big issue, lift is funnily very slow

The washroom was the only spacious thing.

No extra towels were given. The room size is too small.

cleanliness

no complimentary breakfast, less parking spaces

We needed to do some research in the National Film Archive of India so the location was perfect for us - 15-20 minutes walking from the NFAI.The hotel was clean, quite new (I think), with daily room cleaning. Tea bags, coffee etc. were provided every time the room was cleaned. The staff was reactive, helpful, the manager did a very good job in keeping everything in order. The laundry service was good. There were many restaurants and some grocery stores nearby, even a shopping mall with a few shops and a big Reliance Smart supermarket. It’s our 5th time in India and we have stayed in many different hotels - from some rather elegant and expensive to (what was supposed to be) middle standard and this hotel is definitely in our Top 5. If we come back to Pune and need to stay in this area, we will choose it again.

There were something power outages but they never lasted for too long, the WiFi took maybe max 3 minutes to come back.We had a room near the lift and when someone idee it, we could hear the lift melody but we got used to it quickly and it didn’t really bother us.

good cleanliness, ambience

no breakfast available at property (paid/unpaid) despite of complimentary breakfast shown at the time of booking.

Cleanliness on point! Never met such polite staff anywhere.Room services on time. Its in a good location.Ideal for solo travelers or couples.

The room size is restricted. Ideal for solo travellers or couples. It may be a little uncomfortable for family with kids.
