FabHotel Nanda - Nr. Ludhiana Junction Railway Station

Nothing really.. just that the people on the front desk are very polite and friendly. I happened to stay here because of a wedding venue close by.

It is an ordinary Oyo type hotel. If you are in Pune for business, I would never recommend you stay here. It is far away from the city, the place is very ordinary. I landed here accidentally!

Everything....staff behavior ,, service , rooms .Staff has alloted 3rd class room ....while check in rooms are not ready staff has asked us that will provide onlyv1 room ...after argument he alloted 2 rooms but out of 1 room was very poor I think it is ( hotel staff room ) which they have alloted to us. If you want to see I can upload photos ...which I already shared over mail.

The facilities which was provided was not worth for the price they are charging.No hot water, broken AC flaps, dripping taps totally not worth it.

unfortunately it was the worst experience ever ! Terrible rooms , unhygienic and dirty. The staff was very rude and no service for breakfast or even a cup of tea... you'll should surely disassociate with this kind of a property . Truly disappointed ?

There is leakage in water tap, water drops every time it's distrub your sleeps.

No cleanliness. Mosquito everywhere. No proper maintenance of rooms. Staff don't know what to do and what not

it’s a basic hotel with minimal facilities and the staff is used to a very minimal level of service. There’s no provision for tea or coffee and water provision is stingy.

I paid for Breakfast, being complimentary i was given option from select from 2 and for that I have paid 300 to 350 per day is very expensive, no juice will be given at Breakfast. Hight not recommended.

Just the room was okay.

There was no proper facilities given. Even the bathroom was horrible. The drainage was not working and water was clogging. Even after asking room service multiple times, the issue was not solved. Also, the room was not cleaned even a single time in 3 days of my stay. The blanket was also not clean and had to ask the room service guy to change it. No shampoos, no conditioner, no handwash were given. Also, the time they took for a single service was very late.

Bedbugs bit me whole night, AC wasn't working properly. No Guest toilet. One filthy toilet on the terrace.Not allowed early check in even though the room was available made me wait 2 hours then gave room with extra charges.

Pathetic, do not book.

The services at the property were so pathetic that the initial 10mins. itself gave me a headache. Rooms were not cleaned good. Honeymoon wrappers were littering here and there, used 'objects' were lying in open areas, cigarette buds/ash was found in drawer. Beddings were torn and unwashed, lightboards were hanging from wall. Bathroom tap was leaking badly, flooded the room within 10mins. of checking in. Commode faucet was damaged, wash basin tap wasn't working. It was a totally third-class experience not even worth hundred bucks. The images on website were totally misleading.

Honestly, there is no good thing about this apart from the location. The hotel was in close vicinity of our work location.

The managerial staff was extremely rude, at one point the manager (in his late 20's to early 30's) even had an argument regarding the payment with us and was behaving insulting and hostile. (something not at all expected). The staff boys were at least accessible and at least provided some basic service.This place is actually a lodge and not a hotel. Definitely not a place to stay with family and not at all worth the price. Every single time we had to request room service, the bedsheets and floor rugs were dirty and had stains. upon requesting the change of floor rug, they said that it is the only one they have and cant change.The hallway and corridor always smelt of smoking and we noticed shady people in the property.

Breakfast was not served though it was included in the plan. The room was exceptionally small and there was no intercom. The bathroom was having ceiling infested with fungus and the commode was leaking. There was no bell boy or room service. No water was served and had to order it from outside. My room was not cleaned and it was left as it is. I have been traveling for work and seeing amazing hotels and services in remote places like UP and Bihar. I will avoid it in the future.

Clean, room was as advertised. Good size bathroom.

Breakfast was slow and cold. We did not get bottled water for drinking. Phone was not working.

Breakfast was very nice. Location was not easily identified. If you provide food of your own it will be great.
