Hotel O Green Leaves

Had a wonderful stay... the check-in process was smooth. Cleanliness is best in class. sleep comfort is good. buffet breakfast is wide spread. Friendly front desk staff..... overall a perfect stay.....

Staffs are helpful and really courteous. The room was very clean and comfortable. I will certainly be staying here again! Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy. Really appreciate the hotel's flexibility for early check-in.

I booked at 600rs online but hotel manager takes 1200rs without any reason and oyo also doesnt provide me money refund till very disappointed

Nothing was good

The staff is very rude and has abrupt policies. Not worth the stay. They just take the money. TV not there in one room, AC remote was not working.

The check in was quick.

1.Couldnt sleep because of large number of mosquitoes in the room.2. Room furnished with ONLY a double bed. No chair or anything to sit on3. Though booking was for TWO days , the reception charged for ONLY ONE DAY, giving me the impression that i had paid for TWO days

The location was accessible.

Firstly, I made a booking for my fiance which included breakfast. The property clearly told him there is no breakfast included as their kitchen is closed. Secondly, the room was so dirty and he literally found pubic hair on the linen. Imagine the disgust. Upon calling the reception to change the bed sheets and the pillow covers, housekeeping came and changed ONLY the bed sheet. Thirdly, I booked a room with an air conditioner. The air conditioner in the room was not working and nor was the fan working properly. I am extremely disappointed and need this to be looked into on priority.

The bathroom didn't have proper hot water follow and there was no lock for bathroom from Inside . wash basin had water clogging issue. the property is not reachable

Room was alright. Not bad, but keeping low expectations

Stayed in room 103. The bathroom condition is pathetic and disappointing. No cleanliness. Needs full deep cleaning. Plus wash basin drainage is broken with all dirt coming back into bathroom floor. The bathroom drain was not cleaned from many days. And all previously cleaned dirt was kept near the window. Very pathetic.

Good room and good service. Exceptional service was provided by the staff and manager. Took care of every little thing we needed. Other staff members were also very helpful. All over we had a wonderful stay.
