Hotel O Log Inn Plaza

I like the location because was near the ed sheeran concert

The hotel was under renovation and the room given was not completed. There was lot of construction and repairing noise during day time. Bedsheets were not properly washed and had stains on it. Basic facilities like toiletries were not provided and very dirty water coming from tap. There was no water coming from washbasin and no hot water coming from geyser as it was not connceted. Lift was not working due to rennovation had to climb all the way to third floor with heavy luggages. Because of bad room facility couldn't take bath ?. If the property is under renovation the hotel shouldn't take an booking. I WANT REFUND FOR THIS TRAGIC DAY.

Only bed was nice, fan and AC was working.Apart from these things, we didn’t like anything

Lift, Wi-Fi, Water geyser was not working.Toilet seat was broken and it was dirty.Water was leaking in the toilet.Wash basin was not clean. No soap were provided, just couple of hand towels were given.

Bad

Everything.Looked more like a brothel than a hotel. While the property is in prime location, the facilities were pathetic. Leaky and faulty faucets, unclean toilets, cockroaches, dusty rooms, instant geyser that doesn't work.

The room was neat and clean. Staff members were good and cooperative. The staff was really helpful and kind.

Courteous staff. Bathroom neat and clean. The staffs excellent behavior .The hotel owner was very helpful and the staff was polite.

Peaceful property. staffs were mannered and know how to deal guest. Front desk office person was also very polite.

Bad

The rooms were not at all clean, we booked the property based on the ratings but personally we had a very bad experience the room which they allotted was not clean and even the bed sheets had stains s much of dust here and there…. After we checked the room we asked to allot us a different room for which they agreed and they gave another room but it was same the washrooms were not clean in short I don’t feel that the property is for family. We checked out from the hotel on that day itself because it was not possible to stay at such a messy and unhygienic place. Would not recommend this specifically for family persons. Otherwise what I noticed was there were so many couples coming just to make out and for time pass.
