Pros +
- Room and bathroom were very clean. The staff made check-in easy and were always polite. Breakfast was average but acceptable. Good for a quick stay.
- Hotel delivered on most fronts — clean rooms, courteous staff, and basic facilities in place. It’s not luxurious, but perfect for a short business or solo trip. The Wi-Fi was strong, and there was hot water 24/7. Slight noise from nearby rooms, but manageable. Worth considering again.
- Great location near shops and transport. The front desk staff was professional and polite. The room was tidy and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Breakfast could’ve had more options, but overall a great value stay.
Cons -
- No room service. Lift not working. No geasure. Even no drinking water is provided by them. No cleaning of the room.Charged extra money after booking.
- Bed sheets were not washed (stinking)Washroom was not cleaned and in pathetic stateThere was hot water for bath ( and I had to leave without any shower) The guy at the reception was playing mobile loudly in the night and I had to shout him at 2.30 am (CCTV can be checked for this).
- No hot water. Pictures don’t match real room.

Hotel was a budget-friendly and clean option. The housekeeping team did a good job. The food menu could have more variety, but the quality was decent. Will consider again for future visits.
Had a pleasant stay at Hotels. The room was clean, and the staff was courteous and responsive. Location was central, but the bathroom could’ve been cleaner. Overall, great for a short trip.
