Townhouse MG Road Pune

Only for locals

I wasn't able to check in. When I arrived at the hotel, I was informed that they don't allow foreigners. (the manager said that he doesn't have the permit)This should have been stated before I was allowed to book, especially since I arrived late at night and had to find another place

Location was fine. did not take breakfast

Unhygeinic cockroaches in room and bathroom. No Showel Gel in bathroom.

Absolutely terrible state of affairs. They overbook and then refuse to let you in the morning

We were turned away even though we had a confirmed booking citing no rooms left at 5AM in the morning not I had informed that we would be reaching at 5am in the morning.

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Not RecommendedWe had a very bad experience at Super Town House, M.G. Road. The manager knowingly gave us Room 208 with a broken lock. When we asked for help, we were told, “There are cameras everywhere, don’t worry.”We were then shifted to Room 212, which was full of cockroaches. Even after informing them that we had a one-year-old baby, all other rooms shown had the same issue. Since we had already paid ₹1900 at check-in, we were forced to stay. The room also had a strong cigarette smell, making it difficult for our baby to sleep. While booking, it was clearly mentioned that breakfast is included with the booking and can be availed by paying ₹75 at the property. However, when we asked about it, the staff rudely denied providing breakfast.Overall, a very disappointing and uncomfortable stay. Would not recommend.

They get breakfast from outside. But the location is good. Good for someone who has 1 day work and need a place to rest in the night

Room was good

Break fast was simply dumped. Example tea was sent in plastic bag. The boy just gave packets on a plate and ran away without serving or anything

Passable

Cockroaches in roomWashroom StinkingTaps not properly maintain

Very poor

Cockcoachs: no towels : no soaps. It was just a room

Nothing Much …

No Staff for Baggage handling…Room Is Full of Cockroaches Wash rooms only handwash liquid Ask for slipper but got reply nahi hai …!!

Nothing to like, a hopeless night spent at this hotel.

Just a makeshift hotel, extremely dirty bathroom, wc, no bath soap, dirty bedsheets and extremely indifferent staff. Hair strands on floor and bedsheets.

Breakfast was bad. They got the breakfast from the nearby hotel. Everything was cold.Even tea was cold.

Room was dirty, there were small cockroach in room. toilet was not cleaned well.

Location of this hotel

Rooms were not cleaned, a lot of cockroaches, needed pest control ASAP, WiFi was useless, and I had to use my own hotspot for the entire stay

It was very spacious and clean. Located in the main area and there are too many options to eat around the street. We did not eat from hotel so cannot comment. But overall our stay was quite good and budget friendly

I think they had just done the pest control and the smile was really annoying.

Maybe the staff was courteous

The room has cockroaches everywhere. I even saw them on my bed. Really need of a strong pest control

Room is ok for the money

Staff does not serve good service The reception person just blame on the other reception person for any mistakes. The hotel person is not ready to provide GST invoice bill

Beds are comfortable and location is great.

Staff took lot of time for room service. Flush did not work. Issues for the hot water.

Very friendly service at the desk, Overall very good stay. clean & large room. Amazing hospitality. looking forward to visit again.

Polite staff at this hotel, a good room size nice and pleasant stay. The staff was really helpful and kind.

Attentive staff anticipated our needs. Nice and comfortable bed. The room was nice and the amenities were clean.

Affordable, clean, and convenient.Everything I needed for a stay.
