Extremely disappointing experience with this Hotel o span executive . We reached Pune from Assam at 8 pm and tried contacting the hotel multiple times (over 5 calls), but they didn't respond or call back. Instead, they blocked our number. Given our unfamiliarity with the area, this was frustrating and stressful. Fortunately, we found another lodge nearby. Would not recommend this hotel due to poor customer service and lack of responsiveness.

Location is ok with big parking lot.

1. No parking guide, as visitor / guest park their vehicle anywhere, creating issue for others.2. No Restaurant, only room service, and felt the cost is very high.3. If you order tea, by the time it comes, it is already cold.4. No AC remote was given.5. No nearby hotel to eat our, you need to travel 500-800 meters to find the same.

Best location and polite attitude

It's really disappointed first they give us room that' AC was not working second there's no TV third WiFi was not working we complaint about 5 time and then they change our room after that second room also not clean no dustbin wash basin was chocked toilet was leaking all over really very bad i never go there again

Pros:1.I was provided a water heater at 6 am after insisting I needed hot water early. 2. And my room was a little dusty on the floor, so it was sweeped right away.3. I was stuck in traffic so was 30 mins late and was allowed to checkout at 1pm. 4. And complimentary water bottles were provided when asked for..

Con 4 me::Wifi was not working on 1st floor, I stayed in 110.

There was nothing.

Third class room..with third class bathroom...not even done maintenance properly... Lights were not working...

On 2nd day staff asked us to shift to another room as AC was not working.. That's the only good thing happened in our stay.

Pathetic room altogether!!!TV wasn't available, no bucket or mug was available, very dim lighting in room with most of the lights not working, room latch was defective, unclean matress and pillows, no water bottle or glasses were provided. no matress outside bathroom, no intercom facility. broken display of AC remote, even temp display on AC was defective. we were provided a single tower for 3 guests and that too after half an hour of our request.You just name the basic amenities and it weren't there.

AC working, hot water though with certain timeline and of course the location.

there was no kitchen, no water bottles, ARO water was served in loose bottles.most importantly there was no paste control and COCKROCHES were wandering around like they came for MELA.... very bad cleanliness...it was not hygienic..

Nothing I liked about the property

Worst hotel, not at all clean . Bed bugs are there . Blankets are not clean .

Didn't stay

Didn't have a room despite accepting the booking. Told me to " go find another hotel". Also said that it's not their duty to fulfill booking.com bookings. Imo you should de list immediately.

Only location and low network since 2018 when we visited Pune for the first time. Our stay was same here.

No professional staff.No arrangement of meals No arrangements of customer daily needs.

The room amenities were not at all good, there was no water bottle, no towels nothing. Had to call them again and again to provide these basic stuffs.

My check in was at 10 to 11 pm and when u reached at location hotel was sold out at night they denied checkin and send us to some random oyo rooms. And charged me same amount of money

Freshly Stained bedsheets, no towels, no soap, no tv, no intercom, no service.worst place on earth

First day the breakfast did not come till 10 o clock. we had to leave for our personal jobs. the second day break fast came around 10.00 hrs.

the room was not cleaned at all before we came. there were cigarette butts in the room. most of the power plug didnt work. the AC control did not work. Mattress, towel were made available after lot of pushing the staff. soaps were not given. we had to use our own. Hot water timings not indicated. room lighting is very poor. fan regulator control had only two speeds either very slow or full speed. regulator needs to be changed.
