    Pros +

    • Service was impeccable and every employee from the concierge, Bell hops and restaurant waiters - all were excellent! Food was also very well made and tasty.
    • Staff was numerous and friendly. Certainly attentive.
    • The breakfast already was amazing!

    Cons -

    • Lighting in the hotel bathroom especially the shower could be better!
    • The oxygen option is misleading. You may think you are purchasing oxygen for the room, but you are not. The oxygen costs extra. You are buying the capability to have oxygen in your room.
    • It would have been nice if breakfast was included, but our overall stay was wonderful!

The hotel was beautiful and the service was incredible!

The property is gorgeous!!! Well maintained unique features and architecture of the hotel. It’s a spacious hotel but easy to navigate and find amenities and the restaurants. Great location, lots of food options and activities to do in the area.

Nothing I enjoyed everything about this property!

Everything about this hotel is AMAZING. It is one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at., The spa is great, the breakfast delish and it's like staying in a museum. Loved every minute.

    Beautiful.

I was “upgraded” to a room which i agreed to as long as it was quiet. When i got there, a wedding was taking place below the room and there was loud thumping noise. i considered that the front desk lied to me. i demanded a better quiet room. The front desk supervisor kept interrupting me when whilst i tried to articulate my complaint. He refused to provide me with the sort of room they had promised and i was put into a very small uncomfortable room with no dresser so that i had line my clothes up along the floor. No one checked to see if i was happy with the room. After three unhappy days, i demanded a room change. The second room was good and i was happy for the rest of my stay. Although the rest of the staff were great, i would not recommend the hotel because i believe the front desk is trained to lie and manipulate guests at the time of check in.

The hotel is in a great location, and the property is beautiful—a true colonial-era gem. A staff member kindly offered a complimentary tour, which was a highlight. She did an excellent job explaining the history and art of the property. Breakfast was also fantastic.

The only downside was the noise in the mornings—we could hear people talking and doors closing loudly, aerly morning. We also arranged a shuttle, but no one came to pick us up. However, the team genuinely apologized for both issues.

    The bed was very comfortable.

    - Woke me up both morning knocking on my door. The second morning was my check out day but check out was at noon and it was 9 am.- Room is too far away from lobby, and very hard to find your way back.

    The property eas OK

Bed was too soft. Requested the consierge to help me contact over the phone nearby banks gor a simple question and told me was not possible. Gave me city map marking 4 nearby banks I would have to in person. Luckily, the fourth one solved my problem and did not get lost! Took me almost 2 hrs! I think he could have cslled the banks, let me talk to them, and would have solved my problem in 30 minutes, giving me 90 min of extra time to enjoy the city!

Everything. The staff were incredibly professional and friendly and the facilities were excellent

    Only had 5 days there

    Lovely Spanish building

In addition already-high price of our room, we were subjected to around $150 in “supplemental charges.” This is a bit obscene. The hotel seemed to feel a little guilty, because they offered us “$20 off” at the restaurant. So only a $130 overcharge, yay !

    10NicolettePosted on: 8-6-2025

Great location - welcoming tour of hotel explaining historical significance of the building -amazing Inca ceremony by an incredible musician playing indigenous instruments

    10JosephPosted on: 8-1-2025

Besides the historic allure, the palace property is gorgeous with decorum to match. Our room was fit for royalty. Service was exceptional from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out.

The only complaint is that we did not have longer to stay here!!

    4KanlayaPosted on: 7-4-2025

It’s a stunning property, located centrally in a historical building.

It was a stressful time because the airlines misplaced my luggage. With this in their mind, they continued to add more stress instead of offering help to make my stay comfortable. 1. Lack of communications regarding pick up arrangement.2. Inattentiveness, when asked to solved the bathroom’s flush while I was out on a tour. Nothing was being done. I was out for 13 hours and having to deal with the issue. 3. I submitted the airlines lost luggage form to concierge’s and have asked for their assistance. Nothing has been done, I had to follow up myself when my Spanish is limited. 4. First day that I arrived, knowing that I don’t have my luggage and have been enduring issues at the airport, when I asked about medication to relieve altitude sickness, the concierge just told me we don’t have medication and direct me to get it at a pharmacy myself. I’m sorry but this is not five stars treatment. Although everyone is polite and nice, you just don’t seem to care at all.

The location is absolutely incredible - could not be better. The breakfast was incredible, so was the dinner at the restaurant. The hotel was incredible, beautiful facilities - we were so busy we didn’t even go to the spa.

The hotel was a bit big, sometimes hard to manage.

    10LorenaPosted on: 4-27-2025

I absolutely loved my stay at Inka Palacio! The hotel is gorgeous it’s full of history and has such a beautiful aesthetic. Our room was amazing, and I can’t recommend this place enough. It’s a hidden gem! Plus, it’s in a great location super close to the Plaza de Armas, lots of cute shops, cafés, and there’s even a museum right across the street. Breakfast every morning was also included, which was really nice.

The only downside the pools that look amazing on the website aren’t part of the regular stay. You actually have to book a spa appointment to use them, and it costs extra. That was a bit of a letdown because we thought the pools were included.

    10KiraPosted on: 4-20-2025

First off, the staff at the hotel are absolutely amazing. Everyone is very kind and warm and welcoming. From the doormen to the front desk to the restaurant staff, everyone was perfect and made our stay so much better than expected.

The only negative was the hotel lighting was very low, especially in our room and the hotel bar.
