Nice location close to where we had to go. Loved their food from breakfast to dinner. Just need updating but it¿s a nice hotel.

they didn't clean the room for our entire 2 week stay and the wifi didn't work our last 4 days even after several calls to front desk

They did not have an ironing board in the room.

Staff are very friendly, helpful and always ready to assist. Hotel lobby smells good

We found 1 cockroach in our room but was immediately address.

-Quiet location. You won't hear traffic despite it being next to a highway.-Water pressure is strong despite us being on the 6th floor-In house resto serves yummy food-the entire staff (security, front desk, housekeeping, resri crew) are amazing and super friendly-blackout curtains

-Limited parking space, pillows were kinda flat for my liking-fees for every add ons that's usually given free to other hotels upon request-no tint on the windows-outdated cable TV. No options to connect to Netflix or Youtube

We like The Pool, The trees, our bed and The staff.

Had a wonderful stay! Comfortable and well-equipped. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. The location was perfect—close to everything yet peaceful. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay

Where are the toiletries, no shampoo, conditioner, body wash/soap?No hand towels

Maybe they can tel to Guest after 12.midnight no more noise. ☺️ but all ist good to stay in Hotel and the staff was so H

Friendly staff. Hot water. Nice room. Good wifi. Good TV.

No coffee or tea in the room. No kettle and cups and no spoon.

The location and the smell once you enter the hotel

The cover of the keycard machine in our room keeps falling off (rm 511). The double lock inside is broken, the screw was loose. Housekeeping cleaned our room the next day, but didn't bother to change our towels, the reason mentioned was that they only change towels if they were placed on the floor (?

Bed was comfortable. Shower was decent. Staff congenial

We could have been assigned to 3-individual-beds, instead of a full and a twin bed

I love the fact that I have to pay at the counter even if I just booked it online.I love the fact that it is so strategically located.

The 8-8 rule pool time. it would be better if we can still enjoy the pool at least until 11pm.

No coffeeWater seems contaminated. 7 out of 11 got diarrhea

The location is good for UPCAT Examiners. It is walking distance. Just walk across using the overpass.

the hot shower is not working well

I haven't stayed here for 8 years and everything was as i remembered. That's why I keep coming back, it's always consistent and comfortable!

The beds are comfortable and the price is value for the money for 2 nights stay

The breakfast is not included in the price so we need to order food outside . There is no water kettle inside the room , you need to go outside the hallway to get water in the water dispenser .
