THE NIGHT SHIFT GUY STAFF WAS VERY RUDE!!!! VERY NOT ACCOMMODATING AND NOT WELCOMING. I ASK SOMETHING POLITELY BUT RESPONDS RUDE TO CUSTOMERS WHILE ON HIS PHONE PLAYING MOBILE GAMES. VERY RUDE GUY. the girls on the day shift was okay.

Clean and spacious room. Perfect for solo travelers and the location is great too.

The wifi is not that great. Limited only upto 5MB speed and I don’t think it’s enough when you’re traveling for work. You might as well need your mobile data for backup.

Night shift security guard was honest. He returned my cellphone that i totally forgot in the counter during checking out. Thank you sir.

There are roaches in the room, bed sheet got stains. Very strict with check in time, when clearly the room is ready, not considerate.

It's clean and quiet.

There's no bidet. Hope next time you can add atleast microwave and update your AC.

We had a great stay at the property for 23 days. The place was also just 1 jeepney ride away from our daily destination. The staff are very approachable. The room has the basic amenities that are functioning well. Aircon, cable tv, and wifi are all functioning. Wifi is very fast. I would recommend the place for short or even longer stays!

The place is bigger than the average manila apartelles, with a baths per room. Its is clean and clutterfree with firm beds. They also provided great toiletries.

Unfortunately, the staff seemed to be unprepared for our arrival, there was no water, cups or thermos in our room, we had to go down to request for the items. They also only have thin blankests that are insufficient for air-conditioned rooms.

Location and price.

There's no lobby and the room was noisy, with street noise and the constant banging above me. More on the logistics of the building, something that can be avoided with proper noise cancelling walls.

Bad experience

Worst customer service in red doorz we ask them to change the curtains because its too bright and they said they will not change it. Will definitely not go back and book here.We slide the no complimentary and no heater but when they said that they will not change the simple request to change the curtain, thats it. We will definitely not return. Bad experience!
