- the room had a funny smell. the receptionist tried to make me pay more than the price I’d booked it at. he spoke no English and I no Vietnamese. I wanted to pay by card, he wanted cash. he gave me the room key and I went to the desk three times to pay by card, but the receptionist just smiled at me. I had to leave early in the morning to get a bus, a different receptionist was asleep behind the counter. he didn’t wake up. I’ve messaged both booking.com and the hotel to send me a payment link, but still waiting for a reply.
- They just told me their room full, when i came there from airport. And they require me paid first after that they lead me to another terrible dirty motel nearby. When I complained, the staff responded with a very unprofessional attitude.

Such a cosy hotel, I had a very comfortable stay despite the room not being the largest. There was everything i needed, and the TV was great, even had netflix and youtube which was a plus! The location was perfect as well, within walking distance of many great shops and cafes. Would definitely love to come back.
