Proper shower not the shower over toilet style alot of places in HCM have.

Didn't have basics like an iron in the room or kettle for hot drinks even though there was a kitchette. Not cups or cutlery either.

It was too dirty: sheets wasn’t fresh, codweb everywhere, somebodies hairs in the bathroom and towels, which also was bit dirty. Also I reserved a room with a view on the street and it wasn’t. And at the top of everything was the most rude manager I ever seen in my life. Made a scandal because of 2$ which I couldn’t pay without cash (and I offered my bank card but this weird place not use the cards) oh and by the way they tried to cheat on me with 4$ when I was check in. Such a stupid position

Near the airport which is why I booked this place. Cheap, good enough for a short stay, somewhere to shower and sleep.

They wanted to keep our passports but I said because we had an early morning check out I could keep it.

The location to the airport is good and the room itself is big but it's useless. I wished I had spent a little more and stayed elsewhere to make our last night in Vietnam a little more memorable. If you have a flight during the day, you need to allow for the traffic. It can (like it did for us) 30 minutes to travel 4 kilometres!

It promises a lot but delivers extremely little. No bottled water is provided, no tea/coffee although there is a kettle, cups are the size of a mouthful only. We had paid for a family room, there is a closet but with only 1 clothes hanger, no tumble dryer as advertised, a large kitchen bench and sink in the room but not even a teaspoon in the room. 4 x small towels provided but no bath mat, hand towel or a sponge for the kitchen sink. TV and air conditioning remote batteries were both flat and reception said they don't have anymore?? Guess it was too hard to go to one of their many empty rooms and get batteries from the appliances to assist their booked guests. The balcony was not a balcony, it was a little room with the washing machine and a window with the air-conditioning motor blowing hot air at you. Family room that should accommodate 4 x people but only 2 mismatched drinking glasses provided. Sheets had holes repaired so you had patches on your sheets. No chance of a hot shower, there was no hot water and after running the shower waiting for the hot water, it just stopped altogether. Cold water not a problem.When we checked out in the morning, communication was extremely difficult and no breakfast options available at this property. We actually couldn't wait to leave for the airport.It was our last night in Vietnam and we wanted to be close to the airport for our morning flight the next day but given the opportunity again, I would definitely not stay here and cannot recommend it to other travellers.

Near the airport, it is convenient to travel.

The lobby and elavator are dirty.No hot water and water in the bathroom is so so weak.

Spacious and it is near places, easy to get grab to and from and food deliveries are 24/7.

No card payment and most staffs do not speak on English. They don't clean the room daily unless you request for it. Linens towels are also not changed daily unless requested.

Location

I understand we arrived early morning,We were met by unfriendly staff. I guess we disrupted his sleep or language barrier.Becky tried her best to meet our expectations.the room needs more mirror. Staff said they need to keep our passport which is strange, I still recommend to friends, Becky is flexible, tried her best to help , arrange our taxi service.

The lumiere,was very close to Gangwhoo.infact walking distance so was ideal.Our front desk lady Becky was very helpful told us where to go for a shopping experience what taxi to call etc this hotel is among the local population, so good to experience the locals . You can walk down the streets for food coffee mini supermarkets so much to explore. The price is very reasonable well within my budget.Thanks everyone that we came in touch with made our stay enjoyable.Close to airport.

It depends what one is looking for when traveling,for the price per nite it is good value the only thing I missed was a microwave appart from that value for money.

Staff very helpful and considerate.It was close to where I needed to be every day. Biggest was it saved me a lot of money.

Rooms not cleaned daily so had to ask for room to be cleaned but to be fair the rooms were clean to start with.

Paid for 12 nights left after 2 nights. The room was dirty , floor, fridge it was disgusting

Scam

Horrible communication. I couldnt check in even when I informed I was arriving at midnight and they sent me a message saying there was no issue with late check in. They picked up the phone and hang up on me when I called them. I still waiting for my refund.

Ideal location the night before heading to an early flight and extremely affordable.

A bit bright in the room at night. Nothing a sleeping mask can't fix ?

The room was large with a good view to the city. The bed was comfortable.

There was a deposit of 200,000vnd security deposit as I didn’t want to leave my passport with the staff, there was no mention of this during my booking process. I thought the staff member was quite rude initially during the check in. I asked for a receipt for my deposit, luckily because the person that checked us out @ 4.30am had no idea that he needed to refund my deposit. Luckily again my wife is Vietnamese and explained to him. The configuration of the bathroom was poor, I had to step over the toilet to get in the shower. When we first went to the room, we checked for any damage that may have effected the security deposit, my wife found dirty female underwear on the towel rail, when I informed the reception, she was very apologetic and removed them promptly. I did take a photo of this but I will refrain myself from posting here .

Room is big

1) No hot water2) There is no lock to the door entry to washing machine area. People can climb over and get into the room.3) There is no curtain at the door entry to washine machine area.

Very clean and comfortable. Location perfect for overnight stay between flights.

Staff was not nice, not terrible but not welcoming

They put me in a room so noisy (by the air conditioner), cant believe they can treat guests like that instead of fixing properly
