Hotel Airport MTT

It's just what you expect for the price. Room was clean, stuff OK. Can't leave negative review. Stayed just one night. Google reviews are very negative but seems like new owner got it or they made some improvements.

Staff is helpful and is very prompt with queries.

Room is small and dated. However, it is considered great for the the amount $ we paid.

Location is convenient for me to go to my destination

- The service was so bad- the room was not cleaned or did not do any cleaning service during my staying period. It was surprised that these toiletries and trash bin from previous traveler were NOT collected by the hotel. - No pest control- i did NOT understand why they closed the door while they advertise 24/07. Once I back to hotel, i need to ring the bell. And the door was opened half way that I need to bend or be downcast to get in the hotel that I paid to stay. - For the safety, I could NOT understand why i need to deactivate the room card at reception counter whenever I back to room. My question is that they can activate another card and get inside my room when I am not there ? - the wifi was not working even I tried to key the correct password that they gave me. Once i raised the issue, the answer that I got is “ No working”. Then i tried to ask the wifi of reception area, the answer is the same.

MTT Hotel was fantastic! Friendly staff, clean rooms, and a great location. I felt like at home and will definitely return.

The Rooms seemed very unsafe and not secure and when trying to leave in the morning was harassed by the staff and forced to pay when I had already paid online

I was treated like a king at this place. They were there for every request I made. These people are pure and we’re so nice to me. Every time I extended my stay they didn’t charge me more and never chased me for money. Amazing staff and amazing people.

The bathroom was really dirty and the room as well. The location is far from everything. BUT really cheap… so for me it was okay.

Clean and comfortable hotel. Basic facilities but everything you needed for a short and longer trip. I stayed a week and found plenty of restaurants nearby for breakfast and dinner. There is a laundry service a short walk away, the hotel owner took me on the back of his scooter to show me where to go. They let me leave some bags at the hotel while I travelled North and also collected some Lazada deliveries for me while I was away. Very happy to recommend and I will definitely return.

The room are modern and luxurious, with many amenities and fully furnished, and the space is also very peaceful.

Nothing we liked.

Smaller than a train room, noisy, no non stop reception, we found ourselves locked outside and there was no answer for almost an hour, no English at all, no cleaning provided, internet didn't work and the room was completely different than the pictures

We arrived the day later because of plane problems and they didn’t charge us. Fine wifi Appreciate we could transfer money on their account instead of paying by cash It was quite silent during the night

Not sure if bed linen has been washed. There were dirty marks on the linen. Bathroom could be cleaner .

The two young guys at the reception were really kind

Dusty floor, no toilette paper, dirty need shits and cockroaches in the room. I left straight away. Terrible

Mattress was comfortable. Literally the only thing I liked

- Location is 8km from district 1, sooo far from Eveything- Very firty, sheets smelled so bad like sweat, some bugs in the bathroom, fust everywhere!!- No response to my texts, had to wait outside for 10 minutes knocking on the door because the guy was sleeping

The view, friendliness and service. Chau and Khue both very friendly and helpful

Choice of western food not the best i.e. could have cooked sausages rather than those from a bag/fridge

The beds are very comfortable and it is a quiet neighborhood. Close to the airport, taking about 15 minutes to get there. Although not as touristical as other neighborhoods we have had a nice experience. There are nice coffeebars and restaurants just minutes walking from the hotel

None. I have been used many hotels in Vietnam, but this was the worst I ever been.Bed cover was dirty. Table under the mirror stand was full of dust. Under the fed was full of dust. Refrigerator was full of mold.

It was very dirty, internet wasn't working good and TV wasn't working. The staff tried to find other rooms, but they were more worse than the first room. So I had to stay the first room they showed me.
