Nicecy Hotel - Bui Thi Xuan Street

Unfortunately, there was a huge cockroach sitting on the bathroom curtain at the entrance to the room! The room has no windows, it's dusty and dirty everywhere! The staff changed the room, but the new one was already with a window, you can't get the same clean! Unfortunately, I had to leave this hotel despite the paid period! The reservation was non-refundable and we planned to spend 4 nights here - in the end, none!

The room was super dirty, the AC did not work, poor soundproof, you can hear footsteps from the room above you. On their website they said free parking, private parking, I sent them a message just to double check that we have a place to park, they said they will guide us where to park, it was just 200m from the hotel, they did not mention that we have to pay for parking, but when we arrived they told us we have to pay for our parking, and it was 700m from their hotel, we had 2 small kids and a lot of backpacks, it was hard to walk. In the middle of the night the other guest opened our room with his key. They said it was wrong setting, but I do think one key can open every door in the hotel, we had the same experience with other hotel. We don’t feel safe anymore after that.

Everything. The rooms were dingy and some were without windows. Nothing like the pictures. They are heavily understaffed and when they are available they’re extremely rude and show a lot of pointless attitude. The rooms are dirty with paint chipped everywhere. The food served is also terrible!!! Overall absolutely pathetic.

The room size was fine.

The room we actually booked, wasn't like it shown on the internet. The bed sheet and bed head cover was stained. The A/C unit was broken as you couldn't adjust the swing function. We complained and got another room, however again the A/C unit was broken as you couldn't adjust the swing function. the towel rail fell off the fixing and the shower head kept moving around and wasn't secured properly. The staff member who served us was very defensive. The Breakfast room was very hot due to the lack of A/C..

The bed was extremely uncomfortable, we requested to be given different mattresses or a different room - but we were told that they were fully booked and nothing could be done. The breakfast was lack lustre, staff wasn't bothered, had to keep asking for refills of fruit, corn flakes and milk - coz those were the only items edible for vegetarians. No service, no warmth, no hospitality. They have just 1 lift across 13 floors - so guests had to keep waiting for long to go up or down. Lukewarm water in the bathrooms. Very disappointed.

Comfortable bed, cool air conditioner, friendly staff, quiet 3rd floor bedroom, ok buffet food, convenient location to go to nearby places

The toilet is keeps dry by the exhaust fan.Clean and dry to use whole day.

Can be nosy at times because the wall and door not shut properly.

the location was great. the breakfast was ok to much meat dishes. pork and sausage with everything. try chicken dishes more or more veg rice . better coffee was not very nice.wifi was not that great. and air con system needs upgrade or cleaning .

Everything. Rude staff. Cockroaches in the bedroom. Breakfast room had no air con active. Sheets and towels were stained yellow. No window in room. Door didn't quite close properly. Exposed wires above the shower. Very loud. Outdated. Couldn't recommend to people NOT to stay here. When we were checking in the lady told us to 'give her a minute' as she wasn't done scrolling on social media. Pathetic.

The hotel is conveniently located, enthusiastic staff, clean rooms, reasonable prices. Will come back if I have the opportunity to visit Ho Chi Minh City.

I am so disappointed!

The hotel interior is too old. The bathroom is dirty, the bathtub is peeling and there is a musty smell everywhere. The bedding is old, yellow, full of musty and foul smell. The advertised pictures are also not true, they use 3D pictures to advertise the rooms the actual rooms are terrible unlike the pictures.

Value for money, great location but the breakfast wasn't that great. Found the staff friendly and helpful.

Beds were comfortable & amenities provided were sufficient. Really like the service of how the hotel provides a takeaway breakfast when checking out really early in the morning.

Seems like the rooms are not sound proof as we couldn’t sleep soundly due to the noisy mechanical sounds coming from the next room using the bathroom. We also heard multiple loud door slamming sounds & hotel staffs shouting loudly in the midnight as well. To make the experience more worse, a lot of children (from other customers staying on the floor above us I believe) were running really loudly in the hall way on the night we stayed.

Quite place to stay. The room manage to keep it low noise from outdoor environment

Breakfast need to change on food variety. No changes on food menus, everyday having the same breakfast menu.
