SAZI AMILA Nguyen Hue HOTEL - Free Banh Mi

The set up of the room was really nice and loved the couch with projector. Close to all the good food and parks nearby to include the mall and river boats. I will return here next time and stay even longer.

Not the kind of place you want to sleep at night with the loud music going on most of the night. Made me want to get up and go out despite me having an early flight the next day! Hahaha! Staff was not clear on the check in early which the info leads you to believe free early check in but it is not the case. They charge an hourly rate if you wish to check in early.

Location

No window and asked to be moved to one with window

Bad

The staff were not welcoming and I was also locked out at 4am. They had locked the front door.

Place was well located in the massage parlour area where it got a bit noisy at night with the music. Room was good and the host dau was very kind and sweet.

The receptionist at the desk, room and overall concept of the hotel.

City centre

Too nosy and full of working girls that constantly harass you when you walk past, not suitable for families.

Very close to everything

Too close to everything, very noisy. Harassed by bar girls every time you walk out. Not suitable for a family with children. Also not very safe as there’s not a receptionist 24 hours.

Great room Comfortable bed ? close too shops if you need anything.

Pool area very slippery dangerous with slippery Tiles around pool area.

Location,

Staff could not speak english, very untidy reception area, very basic room. Was to be upgraded but I don’t think i was

Central location, very easy to move around, near Nguyen Hue walking street, near the commercial centerThe room is spacious, beautiful and clean. The staff is very helpful and supportive.

Very clean and new , also just next to Nguyễn hue so in the heart of everything

I didn’t care about the noise outside as that is expected but on the 5th floor the other guests inside were noisy as it was a family of a few people, when I was on the 3rd floor it was better

Happy to return again.

My friend booked same size room several weeks after myself, but paid half the price!

Location was great everything you need within walking distance and the staff were friendly and really helpful.

Rooms were quite small but we paid such a low price you can't expect to much.

Nice staff. Superb location.?

Bathroom was a little too small.

Great value, helpful staff and nice rooms.

Water from the shower covers the entire washroom.

The location was good. There is a lot to do in the area especially at night. Close to shopping and the river area. The shower had really good water pressure. They did clean the room a little better after complaining.

The shower area was not very clean. The walls also needed cleaning. The bed was against the wall which wasn't very clean so I mover the bed away from the wall and found the floor under the bed very dirty.

Clean and central. Front desk staff is polite and helpful.

We were two adults and they only have one duvet for a double bed.I request one more duvet and got surprisingly a weird response. They couldn’t provide and told that no one has ever been asking similar. The boy at night react as it was a weird request. This is something I think hotel could be better, to assist customers requests fully. Been to more than hundreds of hotels worldwide and this was the most funny service response at a hotel this year.

Location and friendly staff

The bed was to hard for me personally. I like a soft mattress.. but manageable…

Front desk was amazing, helped arrange transport and directions, she was very nice

the location was great and the rooms were reasonably clean. the receptionist girl is very cute and super nice. the other staff were nice as well and helped with luggage.

the wifi did not work on all the levels.
