Me Saigon Boutique Hotel

We had a wonderful stay at Me Saigon. The location is perfect, and the rooms are clean, but the hospitality is what truly stands out. A special thank you to Nhu, who went completely out of her way to look after us and made our trip unforgettable.

Well we did not spend much time at the hotel. We were busy exploring HCMC! There was great breakfast and strong coffee. We loved the rooftop pool and the cafe attached to the front was great for late night people watching.

The hot tub was not HOT. They did their best to make it warm but it never heated up. We were really excited abiout it b ut after 20 mins. waiting it never got warm so we were a little disappointed. The great attentive staff made up for this one huge flaw in the facilities.

Fabulous location. The staff was fantastic specifically when you initiated engagement. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The touring company the hotel advertises offers an array of quality sightseeing options worth exploring. I enjoyed the abstract art installation throughout the hotel.

Many times upon entering the hotel staff were distracted by personal interests, ie their phones. The breakfast buffet was blah. The pastries were surprisingly low quality. Was shocking to see Lipton Tea served as the only tea option at the breakfast buffet. Our booking was supposed to have an outdoor shower. Since there was a notice about window cleaning, we didn't ask for a change. The room had a large soaking tub, but didn't provide anything like bath salts. If the water pressure was more intense, it would help conserve water when rinsing product out of longer hair. Larger water bottles for consumption would be a better fit. Yes, replenishments were available, but were not always convenient to ask for. A water filling station would have been nice. The exposed closet (wooden branch) needs more hangers and a thinner circumference to be able to utilize better. The Spa space was basically a cabana. Given all the spa access in the immediate vicinity, this was surprising. No instruction was given upon entering the spa for our massages. The shorts provided fit uncomfortably. We made the best of it. The one elevator didn't always meet the needs of the guest population. While a smoke-free hotel, it was obvious from using the stairwell, that it is also used for smoking. On the last two days of our stay cigarette smoke was apparent in our room.

it was a great hotel. the reception staff were wonderful and super helpful. especially Hung, he helped us with recommendations and travel advice even after we had checked out. the room was spacious and clean and the beds were comfortable. the breakfast buffet was also enjoyable.hotel was also in a great location

our only issue was the shower drain started to not drain properly after the second night. as the bathroom was a wet room this caused a bit of flooding in the bathroom, but it cleared up reletively quickly after the water was turned off

We loved our stay at Me Saigon Hotel. The room was very nice and the hotel has a great breakfast buffet. The hotel let us use the shower facilities in the pool area after we had checked out because of our later flight. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. Special shout out to Tri, Vinh, Trinh, Trang and also Anh who assisted us with our checkout and ensured we got to the airport safely.

bonus would be more lounge chairs by the pool.

So close to so many shops, restaurants and sights. It was easy to walk to a lot of places or take short cab rides. The hotel had sidewalk seating for their restaurant which was fun for people-watching. My dad also enjoyed being able to smoke his pipe while having a cup of coffee in the bustle of a city sidewalk.

The power went out a few times for very short periods of time - annoying but not disastrous. The elevator broke down a couple times for the two nights we stayed there. I was able to get my steps in being on a high floor and walking the stairs. However, I was with elderly parents who both have mobility issues and they weren't able to get to their rooms for a while after a tiring day in the city.

The location, staff and comfort of the room was great! Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend! Food was good, bed comfy, solid aircon, WiFi, helpful and kind staff. A win all around!

Well lets just say that the staff made the whole holiday an easy breazy stressless time in a very busy city. Our room was at the back and therefore was without the street noise. The room was good for a 10 day stay and staff were at our call at any time. Special mention to my lovely Binh at breakfast who worked above and beyond expectations. She made us special coffees and remembered all our names and orders. Her smile was great as you get out of the lift and the chef always new our order. Anh and Trang would great us at the door and made special effort to learn Hola to great my husband who is from Argentina. Kiet and Nhi were also helpful.All staff were happy to help and this made our stay exceptional. We had 3 rooms for our whole family

During the busy times the room could have been cleaned a little better but it was New years

Very clean, exceptional staff, very good breakfast with lots of choices. Great location, a short walk to the Market, lots of nearby restaurants.

I absolutely loved my stay at Me Saigon Boutique Hotel. It’s located in District 1 near Bến Thành Market, which made it incredibly convenient. I could walk to most of the activities and sites I planned during my time in Ho Chi Minh City.As an art and architecture lover, I was drawn to this hotel's design right away. It is SO cool. Every detail is thoughtful, beautiful, and full of character. My room was comfortable and looked exactly like the photos that first captivated me when I was researching hotels for my trip.All of the team members were kind and helpful, and I had an especially great experience with Tran, Trinh, and Vinh. Thank you to them for their wonderful hospitality! Check-in and check-out were easy, and the hotel restaurant was lovely. Breakfast was delicious, and it was fun sitting outside watching the city flow around me.The room itself had everything I needed. The bed was comfy, the space was quiet, and the bathroom was adorable. I loved the design details throughout the hotel, especially the nods to the tamarind trees along the boulevard and the little squirrel sculptures climbing up and down the pendant lamp cords. It’s such a charming, artful space.Overall, a beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. I felt safe as a solo traveler, comfortable, and completely inspired during my stay. I would absolutely stay here again.

I like the location its near almost everything, the room were beautiful

There was some bars near it and got loud, and I requested to be away from the elevator because im a light sleeper but later it got fixed by the amazing team

The staff were exceptional, with a special mention to Nhl, Anh and Hung. They were professional, polite and very helpful. We couldn't have asked for better people.

Breaking was ok

Location is fab. Easy walking to many historical sites and restaurants. Rooftop pool was a nice chill after a long hot day. Hotel staff Kiet and Jane were extremely helpful and so nice.

Although the rooms are comfortable there is little storage (hanging clothes on a branch is not ideal). Okay to stay for a couple nights but not ideal for longer stays. For a boutique hotel we would expect more from the breakfast buffet. Food (and coffee and tea)was lukewarm at best and the guy at the egg station forgets orders and is not very friendly unfortunately.

Great location with many restaurants and convenience stores close by. Most of the staff were very friendly and attentive, and the rooms were super comfortable and clean. overall, the hotel has a very cute interior design as well. Breakfast changes a little every day, so you don't get tired of the same food. The TV can connect to YouTube which is great as well.

The water pressure for the shower could be stronger, it was very weak at times.

The location is right in the heart of Saigon for tourist activities and we found it so easy to find good restaurants and bars close by. The building is exquisite and probably the best facade in the area. The staff were friendly, the rooms were exactly as pictured, luxurious, clean and comfortable. The pool area upstairs is beautiful especially at night. The breakfasts were delicious and so many options for different dietaries. When we come back to Saigon I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else! And thank you Kiet and the door man for being so lovely and helpful ?

There's absolutely nothing we didn't like

The staff are very friendly and helpful, the hotel is pretty modern and spotlessly clean.

Only one elevator for the whole building and our room was a bit cramped in space for two people, despite the price.
