The rooms were mostly clean and the air con worked well. Hot shower. There was Wifi

The rooms smelled mouldy, the sheets didn’t smell clean. The bed was really uncomfortable.

Payment by cash only. Cleaning was not decent. Women hairs are everywhere.

Nothing. The place is an overpriced dump. Also known as Aloha Hotel.Avoid like the plague. For starters the reception is in the basement garage which consists of a small desk and 2 chairs. My room was on the 6th floor and upon entering and looking around I realised what a mistake I'd made booking here. The room looked like it was in the midst of a poor redecoration. 3 different paint shades in the bedroom alone. Dirty double bed. No bedside lamps. No chairs. No settee. To the kitchen..no cups no plates no cutlery. No coffee or tea. Empty cupboards. An extractor unit that didn't work. Don't even know why it was there. The bathroom. No soap, no shampoo and a cold shower. Eventually I went down to the basement 'office' to complain but the girl who runs the place, a Ms Nhien, had gone home (4.30pm) and had left an old gentleman at the desk who didn't speak any English! Absolute disgrace of a business. Absolutely avoid this place and DONT pay in cash on arrival like I did.

A complete rip off with false reviews on Booking.Com. Check them out they have obviously been written by the girl who runs the place. At least the first 12 reviews have been written by her. After that the review score drops by half from the real reviewers who have given their honest appraisal of the place.

We were drawn to this place by the wonderful reviews. As someone else has commented in the reviews, we suspect these glowing reviews are bogus.The staff did not engage with us at all other than to take our money. There was not ONE word of English spoken, that's ok, but they wouldn't even attempt basic sign language in any form in order to communicate. No effort at all, just a blank look and a grunt.The room was dirty and had not been cleaned before our arrival, hair everywhere, grease and other cooking residue on surfaces, a hot plate, and throughout the microwave oven which didn't work. It creeped us out and we were never able to relax. There were no kitchen utensils, not even a plate or spoon, and yet it's advertised as an apartment with kitchenette . Added to that, the in room rules said "no cooking in room" !!! Our main reason for booking the "apartment/room" was so we could cook!There was broken furniture and cupboards that had past guests food in them with grains of uncooked rice scattered about that attracted ants.Check in was in a basement car park and the owner was at best terse, at worst downright hostile. We actually feared him. We had to demand they clean the room on the second day which was not easy given the impossibility of communication.We had prepaid for 4 nights otherwise we would've left after the first night.What we found incredible were the other guest reviews giving this place 10 out of 10, just unbelievable. But if you scroll down through the reviews you come upon clusters that rate it 1 out of 10 before further clusters of 10 out of 10. Very strange.We have been budget travelling in Asia for 7 months and have stayed in a range of accommodation from $5 to $50 a night and this is the only negative review we have had to write. We just can't understand how this place has received so many positive reviews. Our experience was the opposite and we felt totally let down. Just awful.

Hotel was great, good price and location. Rooms were modern and clean. The customer service was good especially the staff on reception, they were very friendly and helpful throughout your stay.

The room was large and modern. The location is fairly close to everything.

If possible maybe another 2 pillows, and an extra bin for the kitchen/bedroom area.

Cleaningness seems to be the least priority of the cleaning staff. I found hairs cloaking the drain in the shower. Soap holder full of shampoo bags and not cleaned for a while. Apparent screws tips on the door under the sink that risk to scratch your leg if you're not careful.

The room is tidy. I love the room's view very much. Nearby food stall is tastety. The staff is friendly and supportive. The decoration is modern.

Already booked this hotel, but after arrive hotel told me already full room. The hotel are not know they already have full booked but still receive reservation. Any way have return my payment.

We had the option of leaving our baggage there for storage after check-out and collecting it later without any problems.

All in all, we did not have a good experience here. First of all, check-in is done at the reception in the garage. Hotel staff speak little to no English. The room is dirty, as if it had not been cleaned before. The furniture is worn out. All the furniture hinges are rusted and the compartments have not been cleaned for a while. We had ants everywhere in the room, even in the bed, and a lizard in the bathroom. Soap for washing hands was not offered. The rooms are not well soundproofed, so you can hear the neighbours and the noise from the nearby school very clearly.

After I switched rooms it was ok, first one stink like mold.

not much. At least the bad did not have bed bugs. It was good that they have a motorbike parking area if you required one.

The room is smaller than the pictures depict it as. There was no English speaking staff as mentioned in other reviews. It started to make me wonder if the reviews before were legit or bots. Anyways the check-in was done by who i believe was the janitor. He had very little command of English and only could guess our speaking from our words. Once we entered the room we realise that he was still cleaning the neighboring room as we were checking in. Immediately upon entering the room, there was a pungent smell of molding material. In total the kitchen cupboards were unbearable to use, the toilet was "i only want to be inside if necessary". There was also no shampoo or soap provided. Bed was hard and not the most comfortable. The only consolation was that there were no bedbugs. In the morning, we would be rudely greeted by the school announcements from the neighboring school. I just wanted to get out immediately

Disgusting place, everything is very dirty, ants in the bathroom, reception in the parking lot. Absolutely not recommended. The hotel rating is not real.

Huge dissappointment

Not recommend at all, avoid the place like a plague if don't want to have a huge dissapointment. Dirty rooms full with ants and rude owner, manager. When raising the problem they simply came to use toxins to kill the ants. For this price you can find much better place easily.

The staff are very friendly and supportive. Triple rooms are quite small but nice and clean.
