The cleanliness

But I didn't like that. I had to take up luggage up 3 floors in hcm humid heat. No one is there to try and help you. There's not 24-hour help like in other places

The first room we stayed on our first night was not good for us and once we told them we cant stay there they arranged us a new place and there everthing went very well, the place was very hard to find thanks god someone on street helped us to reach there.

Bad

When we arrived they told us they did not have any rooms available. Another couple who arrived at the same time were told the same thing. Very inconvenient and annoying after a long day of travel and a taxi to the hostel.

The location is very good. Vibes inside are nice The kitchen where we could cook, it is important for me.

The bathroom is inside the room . But it was ok for this price.

It was difficult to find the place, I had to ask local people as there were no signs as well as Google was not showing an exact location.The smell in the room was bad as I could feel the smell from the bathroom's pipes.The bathroom was not so cleanI could hear everything from the room next door at night

With a cheap price, of course, I couldn't ask much for the facilities. Warm water to shower, aircon, centered location. Bed is acceptable. The room is pretty okay overall. However, the bathroom is a considerable point.

The bathroom is moldy. Old and empty showering/shampoo bottles but they are not cleaned up (so why they are there??). Water in the sink runs so slow, so you can't wash your face or brush your teeth. The soundproofing is not good. Guests talking downstairs at night but still could hear quite clearly from inside the room. They smoked inside the house so it smells awful. I hope the owner pays serious attention to the hygiene of the room, especially the bathroom. Maybe by that the comfortability for guests could be improved.

Cheap and location fairly central.

Awful disgusting stink of raw sewage coming from the toilet / shower area.

We were contacted by the owner to check our arrival time and were given the code for the front door, because the staff left already. Location was good.

It was loud, bed was very hard, bathroom was not absolutely seperated, hot water didn’t work.When we asked the owner to extend for one night and what it would cost, it was a lot more expensive than the last nights. When we told them that the price is cheaper on booking, they just took the room off the platform, so we would have had to book with them. Even though the hot water didn’t work, they gave us no discount. Very rude and not customer friendly!

The location is great as it is central while quiet and the price is ok too. Check in was not easy not comfortable. Supposed to be a homestay but has motel vibes. All in all ok for the location and the quiet nights.

Very quiet area and good soundproofing. The price was good for the value and the check in was easy.

The place is not easy to find and the directions could be better. They ask for a payment after booking to confirm and they don't accept card, so you have to transfer or go to a mini mart.

Absolutely nothing... Or, yes, one thing.The paper toilet !

Everything..What can i say...It was the worst experience here!!Factually, mould on the wall, The broken faucet, the shower turned into swimming.-A bedroom door.... bathroom-style door to let in all the light.-Air-conditioning sooo loud, like a train. -A mattress with 200 springs on the back... Pain all the night.-Pictures falses !! The room is absolutely not like that.-Dirty, and many ants in the kitchen and bedroom !!.I had to make that to maintain the faucet (pictures).The guy, the young guy speaks very bad English, impossible to understand him and very impolite ! Useless !I can't / i don't recommend this place absolutely not.And to find it... So tricky !A waste of time and money...

The bathroom was extremely small and we were woken up at 8am (after a long day travelling) as the staff member wanted us to pay (we checked around 7pm so wasn't too late) upon checkout the same member of staff was around so I'm not sure why we couldn't of paid either upon check in or check out.

Not English speaking staff..no reception contact number..no taxi booking.....staff doesn't know about hospitality..The girl who comes in reception in afternoon never cares..talking in mobile.. playing songs etc.. not interested in her work..
