Green Star Hotel

the location is amazing. even its in small noisy street the room is very quiet and welcoming. the staff are very nice helped quickly with any thing we asked. we start and finished our Vietnam vacation at this hotel both nights was perfect

Staff friendly

Ac was hard to get working and took time to cool the room. Shower allowed water to fall between tub directly into floor. Not sure where water even went. Bed was a rock, old hotel in the middle of a very busy and dirty street.

Great location, very easy to explore Ho Chi Minh from. Great homebase for those who like to pack a lot into the day and night.

Room was full of bugs, shower was mouldy and flooding.

Cold water only. Asked to fix it but they said it depended on the weather. Cleaning staff were good

Hotel located in night life street, near is bus station, from where you can take bus nr. 13 to get to chu chi tunnels. Cheap hotel perfect for backpackers who spends only few days in the city

Small bugs all over the room, attacking food, phone and you.

Perfect location if you want to party. Everything is walking distance.

1. The hotel charges 3% if you pay by credit card. It would he great to know it in advance, before the check in. 2. There were only 3 hangers in the wardrobe and 2 of them were broken.

Lively area but quite noisy at night.Room was dirty, toilet was dirty, bathroom has many scratches on bath tub, one of the towel had huge hole in the middle!! Cleaning staff left dirty towels everywhere in hall and in front of my room most of the time.

Facilities advertised on booking.com did not exist or not in use.ie. mini bar. Roof top bar. Kettle in room. But no cups. Blocked toilet.

There was a lizard in the bathroom, the room was really loud and smelled like cigarette.

Great location. A stone's throw away from walking street.Clean and spacious room. Helpful and courteous staff. Value for money.

A bit noisy at night since it's a few establishments away from a bar with live music.

It is hard to think of what I liked...all were just basic.

The bathroom door does not align. The bidet was broken and leaking. A loud noice on top floor in the middle of the day as if someone was dragging a chair and it wont stop till morning. There was a loud recording of a woman shouting around the hotel maybe selling something everyday for 5 days of our stay. You can hear all the loud music of all the bars behind that building, it will only stop at 3am.

Cold showers, hard bed, and uncomfortable couch

This is a horrible Hotel. Please stay away from it. Never ever book a room here. They show you pictures of nice rooms on Booking.com, but actually gives you very small rooms, and with no facilities whatsoever. They have nothing called service. Worst part is that don't even give you drinking water. You have to pay double the market price in order to get a small bottle of water.

This was the terrible experience ever. We booked a suite with a city view for 3 persons, it charged us quite a lot. But all we got was a very small room with a tiny bed. And even all the amneties supplied were for 2 people instead of 3, although we paid for 3 people. The TV was not working, the slippers were torn, and there was no service at all.

Booked a big room for 2 nights 30 and 31 August with city view aircondconditioner didn't work so put me in a small room no view than changed on computer only 1 night think man at desk must of kept money for the other night as I paid cash ,stayed there a few times in last 5 years but won't be staying again

The location is right in the night life and very noisy until 5am always play loud music. If you want to party this is very handy location, otherwise it just noisy and busy.

The toilet seems to be falling apart. Bugs seem to come up from the bath the bathroom sink. The phone call to remind you that your checking out could come a cross is rather rude your checking out today so hurry up
