Room was clean, it was cleaned everyday. Bed was comfortable. Staff was helpful.

The room has bugs, I got bitten by some kind of insets. The next day my arms,legs, and chest showed marks of bug bite

My room had no natural light and smelt of cigarettes. My aircon did not work very well and water leaked from underneath it. The bed was very hard and was at times difficult to be comfortable.

The woman working there was very polite
I booked a room with 'garden view', only to find the view was... a road and a building? 'Luckily' the woman working the front desk told me the wifi was unavailable that day, so I took that as an excuse to get a refund and left. Getting real tired of Vietnamese hotels being completely different to the listing.
Everything was great for the price. The hotel felt like a 3 star boutique hotel. It was a great stay overall and I would recommend anyone to stay there if they are looking at that area.
I prefer soft beds but they use a firm type of bed which is based on my preference. But I wouldn't be surprised they could change it if I asked because I didn't.
