Golden Tree Hotel & Apartment

clean, comfortable beds, great location , super helpful staff

Good amenities

Not sound proof, not the cleanest room as there are stains on pillow sheets. Showerhead malfunctions

The property is situated in a calm district, away from the business of downtown but close enough to a lot of facilities like grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants and bakeries

Property is excellent, great staff, very very clean and amazing location

Perfect and for the price you cannot beat it,

I loved the place. It’s in a quiet area away from all the craziness. Lovely area for seating outside. I think it’s great value for money. Only downside that there is no cupboard for clothes.

I chose this hotel for peace and quiet at night and it didn't disappoint. When I got back from partying in Bui Vien (District 1) at midnight, there was complete silence on the street outside the hotel. Superb! There are some coffee shops and restaurants nearby, plus the 7-11 across the road and also a supermarket next to the hotel. The water in the bathroom doesn't get warm, never mind hot. Otherwise I would have given the hotel 10 out of 10. The man at reception during the day was kind and did me a nice favour as well, so my thanks to him.

location great service great and clean and tidy . the receptionist name K was extremely helpful and courteous

all basic amenities were available

Perfect - Localisation , calm, clean, confortable. All that we need :)

Clean , friendly staff and amazing services. The property is located in great location, supermarkets near by and lots of good restaurants. Made my trip perfect

Nothing, all was great

I was surprised by the neighborhood around the hotel, with many options of cafes, restaurants, beauty salons, boutiques, supermarkets and one of the newest shopping centers in the city, with all the famous expensive brands in the world.

Initially I was not happy with the lack of breakfast option at the hotel itself, but over time I realized the huge amount of options in the surrounding area, which was a good thing.

Very clean and modern. Good location with plenty of restaurants near by.

Very nice and clean hotel in a calm neighborhood. The staff is very kind.

I purposefully chose to be far away from District 1. The area is very peaceful and a more upscale part of the city. It was really quiet at night and even during the day. It’s a cheap 15 minute Grab ride into the main tourist area, which I did not mind at all. The room itself is a little older, but has everything you need. Get the most expensive room available, if you can, because it is the nicest. One of the staff members, whose name I didn’t catch, was especially nice and helpful and spoke good English. He is like the handyman/manager/Jack of all trades or something like that. He was nice enough to move me to a different/better room when a loud, disrespectful guest kept banging around in the room next to mine at all hours. He was a repeat guest and known offender, and the staff profusely apologized to me for the inconvenience. The new room I was moved to was nice and peaceful.

Loud, disrespectful other guests. Which is of course not the property’s fault.

This hotel is in a perfect quiet and peaceful area of Ho Chi Minh filled with beautiful bars, restaurants and cafés. It’s a quick grab ride into the other central districts but nicely away from the congested traffic. The staff are extremely helpful, easily extended our day and responded to requests immediately. The room was beautiful, clean and spacious! We stayed in the basement room for part of our stay which was amazing value. 10/10 overall stay and will be recommending to our friends.

Nothing :)

Loved this place. It’s clean & comfortable. The neighborhood is safe, clean and wealthy. Which is especially as a female solo traveler amazing, since I felt comfortable walking around late. Special thanks to the staff, they offered me to check in 3h early after my 19h flight, so I could take a nap, for free even. Thanks again. You made the beginning of my trip.

Clean, spacious, very helpful staff and outstanding value for money.

Very clean, comfortable bed, quiet location, convenient to restaurants, helpful front desk. A very safe area.

Dream location in District 7, many shops, local and international restaurants. Clean apartment, friendly staff and free great coffee every day. Quiet area, close to the park, malls, relatively close to the city center if you go by taxi, which is cheap. I recommend this location, I will gladly come back.

Not to lower standards

property was great - nice food places near by with a 711 right next door to the hotel

hotels location was in district 7 and a little but far away from the main touristy locations in district 1 - but with that said it was very easy to catch a grab/taxi to district 1

All clean hotel Services nice Star 5
