Ants in room. Safe broken. Only given one keycard. Which controls the ac. Loud neighborhood. Loud neighbors, babys crying, dogs barking. Dirty pool. Dirty rooms. Pillows smell bad. Very run down.

For a 3-star hotel, this is a great value. Our room was clean, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was reasonable, and the 9th-floor bar has a great view. Definitely satisfied with this choice.

The wifi was spotty at times.

The location was close to the loud and crazy walking street but not too close to be kept awake.

The pool was tiny and full of backpackers at all hours.

Worst experience with Prague !

(1) The partition between bed and restroom was very very bad. It was transparent which is completely not good when we stay as a family. (2) We sent message to them via booking.com and requested for early checkin, but they did not reply at all. (3) When we arrived 2 hours earlier than checkin time, they did not give us the room until checkin time, even though the room was ready (we saw that some rooms were cleaned already even before our arrival). Atleast they should have replied to us earlier for our early checkin request. (4) We sent messages asking about credit card payment, they did not reply for that also. (5) Front desk was rude in saying that they cant give room until checkin time.

cheap hotel in touristic area. if you dont expect much it is still worthy.

Great location. Friendly staff, especially the breakfast staff. Pool was lovely. Room was clean.

Breakfast was okay.

It’s located behind a bunch of bars and clubs. Music blasting and couldn’t sleep at night until the clubs closed after 2am I believe.

Breakfast was great. Different every day. Staff was great and AC was great.

The pool was small without shade umbrellas and with very few chairs. Still used the pool since first week in may was very hot.

I love that the property is so centrally located. You can come in the front or go down the back exit into a cute little alley that has lots of little shops and restaurants and leads out to one of the big walking streets which is so close.

Only one lift which is a bit of a rush when everyone is having breakfast and heading out on tours.

The pool location was great staff was very helpful head and amazing Cleaning Lady great view from the rooftop pool and restaurant view definitely would come back there again

The Wi-Fi was not the greatest that's really about it

Location was excellent, did not have breakfast, I don’t eat breakfast, shops are all within a short walking distance. Staff very friendly & helpful.

Right now the street in front of the hotel is under construction so it can be hard to take heavy luggage in. Cars also can't pick up or drop off right in front of the hotel, but it's not a very long walk to the main streets. At night the street can be very active so if quiet is important to you, you may want to find somewhere else to stay. It was fine for us though.

Very disappointed with the hotel this time. Very noisy guests not showing any consideration to others also the same people were handling the breakfast smorgasbord food with their bare hands. In actual fact I spoke to them about using the cutlery and other utensils which were provided. Any wonder people get gastro.

Great location in the heart of HCM City. Easy access to tourist attractions.The staff were great to deal with. Nothing was a problem.The room was clean and a good size.Breakfast on the top floor of the hotel was great.Unfortunately we didn't get to use pool as we were too buy exploring the city.

The street was being upgraded - new drainage and tarmac from what I could see. This made it a bit difficult to enter and exit the hotel using the front door.

Always a good place to stay. Close to where we wanted to go. Street our front was being dug up, but didn’t cause too many issues

An older-style hotel, but clean with pleasant enough staff, and the swimming pool was good in the heat. Also, the location is pretty good.

Our "deluxe" room was very average. Whilst clean, the lights didn't all work, there were only two electrical outlets, no bedside lights and one very small bedside table between two. Also, the little fridge was barely cold.It was adequate, but didn't feel as though it was quite up to the standard it was billed at.

Location was great. Easy distance to reasonable food choices, AND great banh mi.Comfy bed, clean sheets. AMAZING air conditioning system. Overall clean feel. Family friendly. Shower leaked through under the glass, but that was easily rectified with extra towels. Breakfast was interesting, didn't use that option. Very busy (so, slow). Involved mashed potatoes, fried chicken, and some other non-classic breakfast items. Swimming pool water clean enough. But beer cans left there from the day before. Not cleaned super often I suppose, not daily anyway. Bar fridge takes things from warm, to tepid. Doesn't chill things.

There was huge road works out the front of hotel, which made it difficult and dangerous to get to the hotel lobby.In most other countries of the world they would have had some traffic control and safety measures in place to protect the pedestrians from the machinery and moving equipment.
