- close to a lot of the district 1 go to spots - staffs were nice - quiet room

- they were stingy and only wanted to give one room key - bathroom was filthy - pilllows were too soft - expensive for what it is, check for other local deals and prices. Grab is only $1-$3. Don¿t be afraid to live a bit further and just order a Grab

Only 1 room type per floor. If a family reserve 1 type of room. They will be on different floor.

So great! The ladies who worked the front desk were so kind and very welcoming. I was greeted each morning with a smile. The security guard who worked there was SO helpful. Carrying my luggage, taking me and my stuff to my room, making sure I crossed the street safely. The room itself was just as pictured. Perfect for a solo traveler or couple. Spacious, with safe, refrigerator, clean bathroom and bed. Nice view of the city! Also right across the street from an amazing Banh Mi place. Cannot wait to go back there again.

The room is spacious and smells good. The bathroom is clean, the water pressure is strong, and the Wi-Fi is fast

Staff was nice

Room was a catfish. Much nicer in the photos than in person. The shower and room was much more worn down. Our room said there was a window but it was to the hallway and the hallway light was on all night. The staff was not willing to upgrade us to a normal room.

The picture had a big window view, but actually we had a very small window facing towards the stairs inside. We were in shock.

Property is well located, bars, restaurants and supermarket very nearby. Room was clean. Asked for a silent room (high up, away fromt street) and got that request granted.

Pictures are a bit better then the actual room looked. Room had much more of a shoebox shape. Overall we were happy, expectations were met, not exceeded.

We stayed on the 1st floor. A lot of noise from above. Walls very thin.

Most Vietnam hotels are full of scams and show fake pics and paid reviews of properties. I love the chill suits. amazing location, has great staff and is very clean. superb highly recommended

Central and cheap, and didn’t mess us around on our booking (like others have in HCMC). Staff were helpful and considerate.

Super small, basically-appointed, utilitarian people-storage unit in busy centre of Saigon. Minimum viable room size with pretty tired fitout. I think access to natural light would make a big difference (we had none)- so check what room type you get.Some ambiguity in the street address… took a while for our driver to find (prob not abnormal for HCMC). Also, multiple properties under the “Chill” title - be sure to get the right one.

Paid more than my friends and got a completely different room ( their one was what was on booking.com) mine was smaller and nothing like the photos.

Many shops in the area so you won’t have to go far. Prime locations as Ben thanh market are 12 min away by grab. Very friendly staff. Due opt for a room with window as you’ll feel more comfortable.

The staff were excellent, and the hotel was exceptionally clean. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. I strongly recommend this hotel!

The room I stayed in was really nice, clean & modern. It is also in a great location. I would definitely stay here again if I was in Saigon.

It was quite far from the centre, also we were planning to go surfing so it was a bit difficult for us to reach the rental shops and surfing area.Also the spa was temporarily closed...

Large and clean room with plenty space for luggage. Central location, 7 11 next door. It was quiet even we were located on a Main Street. Room was clean and they provided coffee machine.

The staff is not really helpful. What ever we asked them, they didn’t speak English very well but also they didn’t seem like they wanna help. When we left and said “Good-bay” they were busy in conversation and didn’t even answer. The only exception was a security men who was very nice and helped us to find our Grab.

Everything! Theur staffs, location, rooms, and price met our budget and our expectations. The staff exceeded it even more. When we reported that our fridge is not working they brought up a new working fridge in our room within 3 mins. When we requested clothes iron and chair they were able to provide it in less than 5 mins. Front desk and doorman were all helpful and ready to assist us everytime.

They need to improve the cleaning of the room, we stay in two different rooms bedrooms and in both of them needs to make a deep clean on the bathrooms , the walls were with stains from old grass and as well the handles of the sink, and also we found a hair on the bathtub, and make a renovation of the towels it were clean but you can see that it were old.

Really spacious room, the tv was great and the bathroom was perfect

Not much, was really sad to leave
