the best location! staff very nice!

the buffet have many dishes! they should focus on main ones! add more traditional Vietnamese dishes! for ex: Xoi! vietnamese sticky rice is famous in VN! they don't have enough of that! instead they serve fire rice in the morning buffet serve Xoi!

The breakfast was so good and the hotel was always clean and well staffed.The location was a bit too busy for me, crazy busy road right nearby, but it was cool to walk around an actual neighbourhood.

This is the third time we have stayed here, it really is an outstanding hotel at a really low price. This time we stayed with the half board option. Our room was beautiful, great bathroom, hot water shower. Breakfast is outstanding - buffet style with pretty much everything covered. We had dinner delivered to our room every day, there was a great choice and the food was always delicious. The staff here are so friendly. It is so easy to catch the bus into Ho Chi Minh from just across the road and costs just 6,000 dong. A really great place to stay, we will be coming back.

So I have to mention this because it is a shame for vietnamese hospitality.In the kitchen were 2 people who don't deserve to work in hospitality.Poor training and common sense.There was a skinny annoying young girl who checked all the time the dishes after puting myself food on my plate and she look mad on me with a wrong attitude.In same time,was there an hairy older guy who supposed to cook the eggs for customers.All the time I said thank you and he turned his eyes in other direction without saying something.Recently after asking him to cook the eggs,he left the eggs at the cooking place and he comes to my table ro tell me to bring myself the eggs which was a very wrong attitude and a proof that he hate his job and he hate customers.Also,in the kitchen was a vwry nice middle age lady,smiley and polite every day

Very good price for what you get. They even have breakfast buffet. I did not eat so no comment on the food. Just opposite to Tan Binh industrial park so convenience for those have business there.

Bathroom is not clean with cockroaches and ant. Towel worn out just like other facilities

Hotels I stayed before all provided free drinking water (eg 2 bottles per room). When I came I saw nothing like that. I asked for water in the room but they only had water in the fridge-which is not free. In the morning when I checked out, I asked the receptionist again and she said because my room is ‘standard’ so there is no free water provided. But wait, don’t you think water isn’t ‘standard’, is drinking water that expensive to you? pls consider your service again

I like how the place is so cozy. The staff are very helpful and I like that they always smile. Spent 4 nights and 5 days and I am starting to miss the place. The free breakfast was top notched and it was a value for the price. I will recommend this to my friends.

The breakfast buffet was truly top notch, they have so many options, a fun bustling environment and the staff were so friendly. It is in a bit of a far away area, but great if you’re stopping for a place between flights, and taxi-ing around is no problem.

The bed is extremely firm, some people love that, but for me it was definitely challenging to have a good sleep. The staff were very helpful to get me an extra pillow, which helped a little bit, but those with sensitive bodies would be wise to find something softer or ask if maybe other rooms have different beds.

The breakfast is fair for the price, the location is good for taking local public transit buses to go everywhere in the city. There are lots of local eateries around although not for the high end restaurant. There is a local street market within walking distance for fruits and also pharmacies nearby.

The high amount of motor bikes and the heavy rush hour traffic

Was looking for a hotel close to the airport. It was further than I thought by the time we drove round to International Departures at 6:30am in the morning traffic.

Location not as close to the airport as I expected it to be. However, this was not a problem as Grab cars are so inexpensive, My husband and I still find it hard to believe that we got the beautiful room with a good breakfast included for the small price we paid. Staff were extremely polite, friendly and eager to please. We both highly recommend this hotel and we would not hesitate to book this hotel if we returned to Saigon.

There was nothing to dislike about the hotel and its staff.
