Great fun in terms of location.

It was dusty and the Aircon would occasionally malfunction in 2 of our 3 rooms.The building itself is very noisy at night until midnight because of a club next door/behind it. It's particularly bad in the larger rooms towards the back.

We like that it was near all the necessary landmarks and it is very accesible. The elevators were fast and lobbies are clean at all times. Staff are friendly and are doing their best to accomodate us.

The property beside the hotel is a bit noisy and smells bad which sometimes drifts to our hotel.

I stayed here for two weeks and absolutely loved it! The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of everything. Almost everything you need is within walking distance, which made exploring the city so easy and convenient.The staff were fantastic—very friendly, professional, and fluent in English, which made communication smooth. As someone who works remotely, I was also really impressed with the fast and reliable Wi-Fi.I’ll definitely stay here every time I visit Ho Chi Minh City. Highly recommended!

you can hear some street noise in the room, especially between 9 PM and midnight. It didn’t bother me at all since I was still awake during those hours, but if you're a light sleeper, it might be something to consider.

Staff was quite helpful. Rooms were decent, although they don't clean every day.

The hotel is next to a rooftop bar that plays music beyond their speaker capacity until midnight every night. It's quieter on the street. The speakers vibrate the windows, and the base has excessive feedback, making the loudness obnoxious. We left despite prepaying for rooms we knew would not be refunded. We booked elsewhere as it was causing a lack of sleep and much frustration. I would recommend for anyone who plans to be in the room before midnight.

The location of the hotel is excellent! Near convenience stores, cafe's, ATM's, resto's and market. The staff are super nice and friendly especially Châu. The room is big and clean with a small balcony outside the window. A small fridge comes in handy to cool off our drinks from the hot weather outside. Skydeck is 3mins away.

Since we are on the 4th flr, wifi is slow and unstable. It would be nice if they can boost the signal up. I didn't mind the loud music coming from the nearby clubs and bars since I slept late.

I stayed in this hotel till midnight to wait for the flight. It's very convenient to access anywhere because it is located in the center of the city. It deserves the price at least.

It is located in the center, so it might be noisy till very late night.

The staff woman was nice, but there was no wifi in the room, I had urgent work to do, had to go out to the lobby which was uncomfortable, AC was loud and music on the street till late. Location was good.

Great room, very central location But unusable room 7 pm to midnight

Great room, UNTIL THE BAR NEXT DOOR STARTED UP.. It was deafening, boom boom boom Massive amplifier with bass thump that shook the building, furniture rattling, windows rattling 7pm to midnight. Unable to stay in the room, so walked the streets till 12 midnight. Move out next morning.I feel sorry for the hotel as it's beyond their control, they are aware of the problem and to their credit gave refund for balance of my stay... I appreciate that.

The room size was good the bath & shower had hot water The staff at reception okay

The night club next door too loud and I cannot sleep The room above me is the owners kitchen & the bang pots and drop stuff on the floor at 5am waking me up I had to insist they move me to a front room of the hotel to escape the night club noise They do this but it’s only slight improvement , I had to leave and did not receive refund of the 9 days I had pre booked

The hotel's location is convenient and close to the center, suitable for walking sightseeing.Friendly staff.The room is clean and has a comfortable mattress.

The hotel has Mr. Hien, an acquaintance of the hotel owner, who took advantage of the customer's closeness to cheat them out of transportation fees.

Electrical outlets are not good. Coffee spoons are not provided. Bathtubs are not cleaned regularly and are slippery, dangerous for the elderly. No bell boy to help carry luggage to the hotel level. However, the hotel has very good receptionists

In room have the window but this window is not on road and street. In booking wrote that window have with view on the city. The all room is dirty!
