Queen Central Hotel

I didn’t actually stayed at the property but instead they transfer me to another hotel named TN Central at Hai Ba Trung area. The bed was big so as the toilet. Walking distance to vincom mall about 8-10min and about 13-15min to Takashimaya. There’s a convenience store nearby and beside the building is Annam Gourmet.

The building seems old and seems scary, by the way I was at the 9th floor. Surrounding is noisy since that time there’s an on going construction of beside building. The TV is not functioning, AC is cold but cannot adjust seems like remote is not functioning too. The door didn’t have a double lock function which it may feel unsecured as a guest.

last minutes got cancel my room, book for 2night but only can stay 1night, and another night have to move to another hotel .... so we decided not to stay at this hotel ... and guess what ,the hotel call on the day that we hve to checkin.....

The location was perfect! Walking distance to everything. The bed was comfortable. Space is enough for us. Shower is working well. A mini fridge is provided which is perfect. The staff especially Nguyen Dang Sy & Minh Ly were exceptionally amazing, they made sure that our stay will be nothing short of perfect.

There were some technicalities because we are a family.of 12 and we booked 5 rooms but different dates of check out but it was smoothen out eventually.

Great location for shopping

Very dirty. Sheets didn't seem clean. Floor had hair on it. Bathroom moldy.

Had big bug on first night stay. They changed to other room without informing us. They moved all our belongings which is weird.Overall was ok. Second room smaller. Just enough for deluxe room.Value for money ? YESOverall experience? FAIR

Fast and strong speed of Wifi..many TV Channel..can watch IQiyi, youtube. The hotel is Near Malaysian street n Muslim food.

The room space is small and not comfortable. cleanliness is not satisfactory

There was no hairdryer I found 3 little cockroaches in the room (there are cockroach balls in the room which shows they are trying to do something about the cockroach problem)The hot water in the shower takes a few minutes to get hot and it’s also plumed the wrong way (left is cold and right is hot) There was hair and dust on the floorsThe place needs to be cleaned a lot better, it seems that they don’t do a thorough job of cleaning after each guest My checkout was at 12 but the cleaner came flying in the room at 9:30 after 2 quick knocks on the door (she quickly exited once she realized I was in there)

Very stupid management. They sell my room to another customer.i already books for 11 room superior room for 21 pax but during check in they ask me to cancel. My room on booking 23 to 24 December.. They just give me triple room for 7 rooms.. Very crazy the management. If anybody one to stay here or bring group please don't come n. Book this hotel. They can sell your room to anybody. There is no supervisor duty during that time. And we need to fight with the staff to get the room.. Crazy hotel.. Stupid n very bad

Hotel is very dirty and staff rude , we pay for 3 day but the first 1 hour been we need ask for change room because the room they give me was dirty no clean ,they give me new room then charge me money , I don’t mine pay more but I’m never been any hotel bad like this ! Never ever come back

When arriving we were advised that the power was off and we were transferred to another Hotel. Which was bad.

Room at this hotel was in need of maintenance and smelt moldy

There was no breakfast supplied by this hotel

The hotel is located on a very noisy street. Had people trying to sell stuff from their mobile carts with music and singing so loud even late at night I couldn't sleep. And that's with ear plugs too.

No room at the Inn they sent me to another hotel TN central wich could do with a deep clean

Hair dryer cost the hotel a bomb

Staff are rude, call my room at night 2200 and demand to return the hair dryer. She added that she has took my ID. When I ask he to arrange for someone to come to my room and take the hair dryer and she refused. When I ask her, she say she forgot what is my room number!

The staff deduct the hotel payment from my credit card without my permission.
