Friendly staff. Room was clean.

Room didn't have a window so didn't know if it was day or night, sunny or rainy.

Disappointed

The evening receptionist, Quan, had a poor attitude, and the soundproofing of the room was inadequate.

Clean, tidy and close to the airport. Very good value for money.

I stay 2 day i want book for 3 days and i tell them i dont want for 3 days they must refund me that 1 day he just simply denied.and other they have some cold drink in room they didnt mention that its included or excluded they charge me when i checkout anyway its just average..

The staff was responsive when they understood. The biggest hurdle was language, as they had a very low level of English, especially the night reception.

1. You have to make sure every day to have your room cleaned. Otherwise, it will not be cleaned. Something about previous guests!2. The WiFi in my room was the worst in any hotel i have stayed in. It was unuseable. I did make a complaint, but there was no discernable improvement, so i used data and planned my time to mainly use wifi in the office.3. The 6th floor is a great space that could be used for guests, i.e., a guest lounge or even gym, but dirty and abandoned, such a shame.4. With so many international clients, the hotel must improve the English proficiency of its staff.5. I had a big corner room with floor to cieling windows, but during the day, if you went out and took the electric key with you, the electruc shut off, and the room would be unbearably hot on your return.

Paid for the nice room with large window and got a small room with x3 extractor fans directly outside

I like the staff, they're very accommodating. The rate is very affordable.

They don't replenish tissue, you still have to request from the staff and no complimentary bottled water, unlike the other hotels where I stayed in on my previous travels.

My experience here was terrible. I had seen the reviews by the foreigners and decided to book a room based on their reviews and the website pics. I had booked a 2-night stay and had requested a ''high floor'' . The problems started immediately when I arrived. The young man working the front desk saw my reservation but didn't bother to barely read any of the info inc. my ''request''. I allowed him to photograph my Passport and asked for my key, after taking the photo he demanded the passport and for me to pay now which I showed him it ''clearly'' says pay ''after'' you checkout. This went on for 20 minutes w/ me walking out and then back in after reading if I left I'd be charged regardless. The female manager came over who spoke a little English and I explained the situation, she slapped him in the head because she realized he was ''WRONG'' Now it's been 30 minutes and I agreed to pay now even though the email clearly states ''AFTER'', Now the cc machine takes almost 10 minutes. Total lost time - 40 minutes.....After that debacle, they tried to stuff me into a room by the front desk and ''again'', I had to show my request for a ''higher floor''. Nobody had taken the time to read any of my requests upon booking the reservation. Finally, after that, I was put on a higher floor. The room didn't exactly match the pics ( what a surprise ) but I was tired and sweaty and accepted it. The mattress was as hard as the floor so if u have back issues, you're screwed. I saw on the website there was an upstairs balcony, a small cafe w food/drink, NOPE!!! I was told ''it closed after Covid'', so my response was '' why are you still advertising it? They cancelled our booking on us! We reserved the hotel for a night in Ho Chi Minh, flying in from Hanoi. Around midday that day I received an email from them saying if I don't check in by 10am they will cancel my booking. I emailed back and said please don't cancel our booking, our flight doesn't get in til 8:30pm. They emailed back and corrected that if I don't check in by 10pm they will cancel the booking. After paying for a taxi to the hotel we arrived at 9:20pm, only to be told they cancelled our booking and that the hotel was full! We then had to find another hotel, late at night and pay for another taxi fare. Not impressed.

We arrived after the airport, so we chose this hotel. I liked that the administrators know English well. At the indicated price, clean and comfortable.My husband said that the price-performance ratio is chic
