Good location. Peter at the front desk was kind. Restaurant in the bottom was great!

We read other reviews on here and Google that suggested to watch your belongings (especially the ones in the safe) so we locked everything valuable in our suitcases with our own personal locks or kept it on us at all times. We took photos of our unlocked bags before leaving and after coming in and are very grateful that we were super cautious as the zippers where moved for our unlocked bags and the stuff we set specifically in front of the safe did not match the photos we took before hand (meaning things were shifted and moved). We still enjoyed our stay and are grateful for the clean room. Just be cautious and you'll be fine too ? also eat the pho downstairs cause its delicious!

Great value of a hidden germs in the happening area of hi chi minh city . The room is clean and spacious toliet is also clean . Fist flow is a resterant the reception is at the end of the resterant . Location is perfect as lots of resterant near by and shopping center just across the road from the Main Street . Great place to crush for one or two night if you ate in town

The personal was really kind. The food in the restaurant was very great. And you are in the center of District 1.

Great Spot in the Heart of District 1We were a couple staying at this Vietnamese guesthouse in Ho Chi Minh and it had everything we needed. The location is unbeatable—right in District 1, close to all the action but still quiet enough to relax. Walking distance to great food, bars, and local sights. The place is clean, comfortable, and super convenient. Perfect base for exploring the city!

When I arrived the owner told me her credit card was broken. I was about to look for another hotel and she managed for metal pay with credit card at the restaurant downstairs. On booking is advertised that they accept credit card. We messaged because she helped me book a taxi pickup from the airport. She never mentioned her broken credit card machine. I had to pay cash for the taxi. She charged me 3 times what grab charges for the route. My fault. I agreed to it. No idea IWill have to use my dong cash for it. Live and learn. The stairs are horrendous if you have a big suitcase.

This is definitely a value-for-money location. It is right next to the Bui Vien walking street but it isn't loud or rowdy at all. Next to the hotel is a bunch of different places to eat, grab a quiet drink, or even go to the spa. I also appreciate how well the staff look after the guests, they helped me get to the airport on time, even if most of the roads were closed that morning for the Reunification Day parade.

While the room was clean and the facilities were adequate, I definitely think you have to bring your valuables with you because there isn't a security box in the room.

Great location down a small alley with plenty of food and drink options. 711 and Circle K very close by for essentials.

My room was very small and had no windows. Was okay for me as only a few nights, but any longer I would upgrade to a different room.

The hotel is in the downtown, along with all other places. It is within walking distance from convenience stores and ample restaurants.

The room was huge, with two beds. Having said that, the washroom space was too small.

Property was close to the night life action, but room was nice and quiet. Basic room but had everything we needed for our 2 night stay with teenagers. Beds were quite hard but still slept well after busy days. Would recommend if you want to be located close to Walking street and the markets.

Perfect location, nestled in a busy alleyway but was very quiet in the evenings. In good proximity to many tourist spots including walking street. The room was very comfortable, and the AC was strong. TV had some english movie channels, and Wifi was strong. Restaurant in the main level had some reasonable prices for food and beverages.

Was no problem for me, but there is no elevator for those with luggage. Many people on the street out front soliciting you to buy products but not an issue reflective of the hotel.

The lady who ran the hotel was lovely and very helpful, even upgrading us to a larger room for free. The beds were comfortable and spacious.Unfortunately we had issues with the aircon being very loud and cutting out during the night making it very warm. Our shower also overflowed and made the bathroom smell bad.

Room was really good value for Ho Chi Minh city. Spacious with big window and clean. Location was perfect in alley with lots of restaurants but quiet at night

We were on top floor with no lift, wasn't much of an issue for us though. Room was clean however no separate area for shower so water all over bathroom floor afterwards.

Staff were lovely and it was in a perfect location

We were on top floor and there was no lift so we had to walk up a lot of flights of stairs. The bed was very uncomfy

Location to walking street was very good. Everything seemed to be clean. Staff were helpful with luggage up to the third floor. Manager was helpful.

No place for luggage, not a fan of showers in the middle of a bathroom where everything gets wet. The walk up to the third floor was a bit arduous.

Arrived at around 7pm to check in. Receptionist told me to follow her to another building. Leads me to Phan Hotel, grabs a key from the receptionist there, leads me up into a room on the second floor, then proceeds to tell me that there is a water leak above the unit I was supposed to stay at and so they arranged this alternative room for me at another hotel. I thought the room I booked at Beauty House looked somewhat passable in the pictures. The alternative given to me, unfortunately was not.Also, if the leak happened in the morning. Why was I not contacted between that time to the time I checked in. On top of that, I checked Booking.com and the hotel still had another availability of the same room that I initially booked, except the price had gone up by $20. If the same type of room I booked was still available, why was I not given that room?

The air con was fantastic. The room was light, airy and clean. The staff were friendly and the food in the restaurant was very good.

I found the mattress a little hard but that’s just a preference as I have a bad back.
