Crowne Hotel - Bui Vien Walking Street 1

Location

Had to climb steps to get into bathroom. 1 small step and a second one had to be at least 30 inches. The ac was either on, very cold or had to shut it off, then got very warm.

If you want cheap 2 star accommodation on walking street, then this might be for you.If not, avoid.

Shower dirty.Stained sheets.Very loud, Street sound.Smells not great.Do not fall for discounted price booking. Com, this is 2 star accommodation at best.

- Complicated communication between sales staff and owner hotel- Wrong room delivered on the first night but still charged same price for the booked room- Old facility is not the same as Booking.com shown pictures in the app- Very superficial solution for customers- Really really disappointed about Booking this time

Property is in a very busy and lively Street loud music into the early hours if this is your thing it's a great place to stay

Good Location, the staff was super friendly. we asked for free check out late in hour, and they was happy. the street was bustle, enjoy beers and music.

Is in the centre of the nightlife, restaurants and not far from markets and shops.If you plan on staying with kids or not a night owl, let the hotel know so they can arrange quieter rooms, as when i requested this, they accommodatedJay, the receptionist, was extremely helpful, and I believe he went out of his way to plan things for me. Even booked using his own money. (I did pay him back) and made me feel like i was his older brother and did what i requested and help me find solutions Extended my stay because of Jay real name Hoaug and will visit again.

My first impression was to leave, but things changed as soon as jay (Hoauy)came on the scene.the next day, hooray.People reqiuring wheel chair excess will have problems as there are 10 or so steep steps to get in

Front-desk staff very friendly and helpful, a big plus for this stay.

Being in the middle of the well-known "walking street", surrounded by bars with live music that were rather loud until 4am, which I was not quite prepared, though kind of learned to tolerate after a couple of days.

Very loud music in the surrounding area until 4/5am due to location but to be expected upon booking as you are on the main walking street where all the bars are. Room was abit grubby but did a job. Fine for 2 nights. Early check in was available when we booked through booking.com but when we arrived before the usual check in time, we were told we would have to pay extra for early check in. This was then scrapped and the hotel made out like they were doing us a favor by letting us check in early at no extra cost, when in fact we had paid for early check in when we booked.

Unpleasant stay

Don’t drink at the outlet infront of the hotel. They bring a plate of peanut to you without informing you that it is not free and you have to pay for it.

The hotel was decent for the price, and the room was spacious. On my first night, i stayed in a room facing the street. it was a bit noisy at night since Bui Vien street is pretty loud area. i mentioned this to the staff and they arranged for me to move to soundproof room at the back. it was effective, the loud music was significantly reduce. and i can slept better. the staff was friendly and helpful. all complaint i read from review from noisy music. i was not sure how is my night. But everything was fine when stay here. need to ask them for arranging the soundproof room.

located in busy street, Bui Vien, it was loud at night, with many bars and loud music until early morning. but fine, the hotel had room with soundproof. so could sleep well, but sometime still can hear music, not too low. i extended here 1 more nights, Saigon was so fun. you should note with hotel to arrange soundproof room.

it is busy street, so it is always loud. should think carefully before book the room to avoid complain about it. if you love this, you should choose hotel with soundproof.

Located on Bui Vien street, there was so many bars here, it is a bit noisy, but it is fine for us, we was enjoy our moment here.

it will be good memory if you do not scare music noise.

Everything is good. The staffs was friendly and help us alot, they helped us booked the Mekong tour, and the room where i stayed with street view, large and nice.
