Clean and very friendly staff

The first room I was in had a lot of smoke residue from previous years I guess

Very nice rooms with mini bar or you wanted. Clean and comfortable for a night before or after travelling! Wish I didn’t have to leave at 5am as the bed was hard to leave

The two ladies who were in charge of the front desk. The young man that was there was not as knowledgeable as the ladies.

I have no complaints.

It was near the international airport as well as to good last minute shopping places prior to flying back home. The room was comfortable and quiet. The staff were really helpful.

The windows opened into the corridor. We could close the bathroom window, but not the other one as it was too high.

We only stayed a couple of nights to be close to the airport.The hotel was very clean, decent sized rooms and close by to cafes and restaurants.The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful.Would definitely stay again when flying out.

The Silk Hotel is a great, comfortable and clean hotel. Arrived in HMC late so decided to stay overnight, the staff at reception were very friendly and helpful.The rooms were a decent size and very clean .Well recommended, would stay again.

Clean, well-kept rooms. Responsive guy at the reception, we arrived at night and he helped us with buying food.

The little ants in the room caused confusion.

Good location close to airport and shops/restaurants

I expected a 2-star Hotel—it was much better than that! The location is fantastic for going to the airport. The price was brilliant. Good size rooms, comfortable and could check in from 12. Plenty of cafes nearby as well.

A little difficult to find on Google Maps. A/C worked well enough but if you wanted cold - it might not be that good.

"I am a person who has traveled around the world, but I have never been to a hotel like this! The elevator creaks so loudly, as if someone were dragging their nails across a chalkboard, and the sound can be heard in the room. I was exactly on the 6th floor, and it was impossible to sleep, even though I am a very heavy sleeper. Additionally, there is no air circulation, and in the end, I killed a huge cockroach – but the biggest problem is the elevator, which is as loud as a braking train."

I frequently end up with an overnight layover in Ho Chi Minh when I am traveling in Vietnam. This is the fourth time I’ve stayed at the SILK HOTEL because it is a great value, They have a reasonably priced airport shuttle that comes within 10 minutes of when I ask for it. the staff is so kind, the rooms are always clean and quiet and I get a really good nights sleep!

It was clean and quiet and close to the airport - just what I needed. Recommended!

One very small window that looked out to a wall, but it didn't matter as all I wanted was a dark, quiet place to sleep - so it was kind of perfect for that.

Very friendly staff with hotel location on a small quiet street and very close for airport , few minutes walk to lovely kept park area and streets all around the hotel were fabulous for cafes food markets etc all with a very authentic feel , great for a stopover

The hotel is clean and well sound isolated. Calm area. The staff is service minded.Comfortable bed.
