ACE Hotel

The location is good , is the last point positive i found for this hotel .

It’s such a shame, because the location is actually great. But a little renovation in the rooms wouldn’t hurt at all.The aircon is broken and makes a horrible noise at night.In the bathroom: the faucet is broken, and the toilet… oh my god — does your housekeeping even check the condition of the rooms?The showerhead is broken, water sprays everywhere.The windows are rotten, the wood is moldy, and you can’t even close them properly.And in terms of amenities: no complimentary water, no coffee or tea offered… really? These rooms are supposed to be “Deluxe.” What exactly makes them deluxe?

Horrible

Everything. It was very dirty rust in the bathroom ceiling. Shower didn’t work correctly. Bed sheets were mouldy.

Good location

Very old and dirty rooms, very old air-conditioning

The location is good. Walkable to many different attractions. The staff were very friendly and the hotel is clean.

The room was small. Much smaller than advertised. There was sometimes issues getting hot water. No fault of the hotel themselves, the nearby church rings their bells at very odd hours, generally very, very early in the morning which wakes us up.

Booked on Booking and be canceled at last minutes! And the reason is the room let others taken! So unacceptable! I reparation everything took taxi to there and get call to be canceled! Be careful to book this hotel!

Good location

I booked for 2 nights and had to change room at the second day. (Not acceptable), and the sheets was annoying and not clean

Hardly anything.

The room was tiny, drab, worse than a Motel 6. There were ants in the bathroom.

Large room, calm, confortable bed, separate bathroom and WC. Room completely in the dark, good for sleeping.

Small room. They may need to have bottle water in the delux room.

Value for money and prime location. Average set of amenities/facilities. Might have provided freewater in rooms, however only at reception from dispensing machine. Earlier (it was not my first time with ACE), before COVID, there was a canteen catering for the gests. However, no more.... It is advised to reinstate the canteen to enhance the service.

No free drinking water bottles in rooms. It is outrageous. No canteen at all. Must restore!

The room was clean and cosy. and very quiet. I arrived early on my flight and the staff let me move in before 2pm. They also arranged grab drivers for me and overall very helpful.

They did not have my room. Tryed to put me una completely different room,last one.Will move me tomorrow.

its cheap

Dirty and dusty room. Damaged walls. Theres an unknown odor. Wrinkled sheets that seemslike it was not changed (night shift guy was having attitude when I asked if he could change sheets saying they were wrinkled cuz its bagged). Dirty bathroom, cheap shower is falling off. My room is too small for 2 queen beds. The 2nd room I booked for my cousins is fine but also cost less which makes me unhappier. Could not figure out how to get the tv to work. Wifi could not reach my room on 8th floor. My room looks nothing like the pictures.

The location is superb! The airport bus is a quick 3 minute walk and other buses too! Lots of great restaurants, the CatFe and Golden Dragon water puppets are close by,I recommend this hotel. It was a great find!

Only the location and cheap price. However, I would avoid it at all cost and pay higher for better place.

Everything. There were lizards in the room. Some black stains dropped out of god knows where to the bathroom. There was no window in the room. Breathing was impossible due to humidity and heavy air. Even the AC was giving a dirty air, probably never been cleaned for ages. Avoid at all cost, pay a little higher and get better place. Dont believe the reviews here.

Bad

although we informed them about our arrival time they didn’t keep the reservation. No apologies at all. They transferred us to a a partner hotel in the backpacking district with loud music till 4am and hookers in other rooms.
