The Reverie Saigon Residential Suites

The service from staff was fantastic and they were friendly and accommodating, in particular the breakfast staff, the receptionists, concierge and the two women who work in the cafe.

The rooms/design and room amenities fell slightly below my expectations (as a comparison, I had stayed at Regent Phu Quoc and although it was in a hotel room, rather than an apartment, the design and amenities were significantly greater/more thought out.

Too noisy all night long even though we stayed at the high-level The housekeeper didn't do a good job. The bathroom and bedroom smell of pee. The dead insect on the guest restroom floor. We were disappointed about that!!!!

Great service and excellent staff!

This is my favorite hotel I've stayed at in Asia and maybe ever. The location is perfect for HCM, the room and facilities are incredibly nice, even better than expected from pictures and most importantly the staff is incredible. I've stayed here twice with an infant and a toddler and both times were a 10/10 experience all around. Plenty of room in all the apartments for extra space for a kid, kitchen, bathroom is massive and so nice and the value is incredible. While the breakfast is a bit expensive for Vietnam, it's totally worth it with amazing food and unlimited drinks.

Everything was amazing. The staff were always very kind and very helpful. Good location, amazing room and amenities. Hotel is very luxurious. Would love to come back.

WOW...the Reverie is stunning, and the property is located in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City, complete with a Michelin rated restaurant. We were able to walk everywhere within the city. The service was very attentive and gracious. We enjoyed our stay and will return and recommend.

The residence was roomy and had everything we needed. It provided a quiet space in a busy city. All the staff were beautiful and helpful. Would love to stay again.

Wow! What can I say other than the fact that we felt like royalties. The breakfast restaurant was incredible, the views from the hotel were breathtaking, the location is right in the center - all the attractions were at walking distance, the spa was extremely luxurious, the facial treatment I had was divine! The rooms were huge and we appreciated the evening service and all the kind little details we noticed every day, like the personalised chocolate and the beautiful arrangement we received in the room after the New Years Eve. We also loved the complimentary daily minibar refill and the Acqua Di Parma toiletries - to die for! The mattress and pillows were extremely comfortable, we couldn't wait to come back to the room in the evening!Also, since we were there for the New Years Eve, we want to highlight the absolutely fabulous dinner and party that was organised, with the most amazing food and live music, we felt emotional the whole night and couldn't believe what an amazing experience we are living, we really appreciated everybody's effort and dedication, it was outstanding!

There is not one thing I could fault from the moment we were picked up from the airport to the moment we got dropped back. The staff, the room, the facilities & the food were outstanding.

For some reason, the TV sound was loud and cannot be adjusted but since this is a minor issue, I did not let staff know.

Great location, top notch staff. Very spacious room. The hotel has it's very own style.

The coffee capsules and tea bags were not refilled as we used them early in the trip.

Apartment was very nice , cleaning services excellent. Hotel staff were very helpful and supportive as we forgot some item in the room and helped us to ship to our next hotel.

Staff services at Long Trieu restaurant (Michellin star) not as good as hotel restaurant at level 6.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel! The property is beautiful, clean, and offers a truly relaxing atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my visit was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the city and wanting to be in the center of district 1. Looking forward to coming back soon!

We came to HCMC for a wedding. We spent new year eve at The Reverie Residential Suites & the view for fireworks was spectacular.We had some issues with our flight home but the staff were very helpful & accommodating. Special mention to Chi Duong on the reception desk who is lovely & very kind. Next time we visit HCMC we hope to stay in this beautiful hotel.

Perfect location

Over the top opulence but with a fairly sterile experience with poor restaurant options. There are many other hotels in district one with more charm and character.

The attention to detail and thoughtful service we experienced are a testament to your team’s commitment to excellence.
