The service providers were both excellent from my arrival to my departure.

Ken and Simon has been both a hospitable receptionist and always greeting us with a smile to start and end the day off. Will recommend to others also because of the accessibility and location.

Convenient location, walking distance to opera house, lots of good dining options nearby. Beds were a bit to hard for me.

Staff were very attentive, Ken and Ti were excellent at helping us with any questions we had during our stay. They were very committed to making our stay very pleasant.

Had a great service from all the staff here . All over them super friendly from the reception staff to the cleaners . Ken and Simon , HK Tuong where all extremely kind and helpful during my stay

I like the location and many Japanese restaurants around.

Small room, tiny hallway. Rooms doors are next to each other ! There's only 1 elevator. Hotel looks old, doesn't look brightened, and doesn't smell clean. Pricey.

Room is good and nice location food good too thank Simon and Ken for help me a lot . I will comeback in the future

Most of the staff are excellent and very friendly and helpful - with one exception... I would call him the breakfast sheriff - please get a different job you are in the wrong business if you offer breakfast until 10, and you are finished 5 min after that on a Sunday (which is a joke itself bc 9:45 they start Carrying everything away) and then get told while leaving that you have been late ... The choices you have at breakfast though are excellent if you come early as it's first come first serve and basically no refills but really good quality foods. The rooms and everything was really really clean and the provided extras like soap etc was decent quality as well

As good as the first stay was, the disappointing was the second ... Moldy stinky room with basically no light and they wouldn't make an effort to give me a different one because they claimed to be booked out. People were checking in and out all the time so if I stay for longer (one month in total) I expect better service then that.So be careful what you book or accept before making a payment Tiny pool ... More like a puddle

Great location in a one way street. Spacious room with good shower and bath.

Central location. Nice lobby with friendly staff (Simon and Tai) that brought me ice cold tea when they saw I was flushed from the warm weather outside. Also a nice little pool area to relax a bit with a nice cocktail. And it was great to be able to store my luggage before check in en and after check out.

Amazing breakfast! The best I've had at any hotel. Staff were so genuinely kind and helpful. Location is fantastic, cute pool with a nice view of the city. Comfortable and well kept rooms. Would definitely stay here again!
