Overall, extremely helpful staff! The rooftop is really gorgeous and definitely worth staying here... Facilities are very modern. Also, really delicious breakfast buffet and relaxing massages!

The one thing to improve was some of our towels in the room had a very mildew smell which was disappointing but easy and fast to ask for new towels or other items.

Excellent experience here, amazing staff and very friendly. Very close to amazing Japanese restaurants.

airport pickup was great and hassle free. the receptionist and other staff are very courteous. the restaurant staff are very accommodating.

Very clean and comfortable. Nicely decorated, a wonderful oasis from the busy HCMC streets. The staff are very kind and helpful. The spa is decent.

The pool is more of a hot tub so the larger part is hot. The patio around the pool is black stone which gets very hot in the sun, burns your feet. The pool also opens very late in the morning.

The bed was very comfy and the reception staff were lovely. They offered a small complimentary afternoon tea in reception during our stay which was a nice surprise.

We booked massages at the in-hotel spa and the gentleman who dealt with our booking made things very confusing. We wanted to book 2 massages each and after a lot of back and forth, we eventually understood that he was trying to tell us that there was a “buy 2 massages get a free facial” on offer which we then accepted. Then, during our massages when we were almost completely naked he entered the room to tell us this was in fact incorrect and we didn’t qualify. The masseuses had to throw towels over us. All very strange!

Staff were excellent, very friendly & helpful. The room was spacious. Convenience stores, pharmacy and multiple restaurants very close to the hotel. Breakfast menu had multiple types of food available.

You are able to hear noisy neighbours, but this is par for the course in hotels, so not too fussed.

Monicipality is making new paving outside the hotel. A lot of gravel in the street. So, actualy when you will arrive. It will be new!

The property was beautiful with a lovely Japanese theme. It was in a good location in district 1. The room was spacious and the bed comfy. The rooftop hot tub and bar were great and we made good use of this.

The bathroom is open into the room which isn’t my favourite design as it doesn’t offer much privacy. The view from the window was a depressing and filthy rooftop area with a leaking water tank - not that I spend much time at the window.

Staff were amazing, the roof top pool and hot tub was lovely. The location is great, lots of bars and restaurants right outside. Also great as there are lots of convivence stores nearby. The room very clean and house keeping were very good at maintaining the room each day.

I wish there were curtains to cover the shower room. It was only a clear glass wall.

Non function toilet layout. Water splashes & wet the entire toilet while showering in a bath tub without a shower curtain.

The staff was so helpful and attention to detail was second to none.The ambience of the hotel was beautiful.The room was fantastic bed so comfy and shower amazing. Loved how you could pull the tv out of the wall to watch while in bed.The way the hotel is set out is beautiful. Roof top pool great spent a couple of days up there.

Nice, clean and comfy, big rooms. Rooftop pool and bar are very good, nice to wind down after a hot day. Good breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. A short walk from all the tourist attractions.

We booked this hotel at the last minute after being let down by another property and were really impressed. Exceptionally professional service and a lovely tranquility in reception upon arrival, with tea and live music. Rooftop bar/pool had panoramic views around HCMC. Comfy and clean room. Perfect location with easy walking access to everything and many nice restaurants and bars nearby.
