The boys on the front counter were excellent, organising us Grab cars and vans. The rooms were good size considering we were in a big city.

The grout in the showers were dirty but otherwise it was clean and nice.

Air condition too noisy and not functioning, need to upgrade. They charge me 250K for extra one hour check out.

Nothing went well. I booked and paid for a Deluxe Queen Room but was given a completely different room. Does not worthy for money and your nerves.

I didn’t like that the hotel staff was trying to trick me in the middle of the night. The administrator changed the price and give me different room.

Everything, noisy, room was not serviced and when asked they did a badddd job, bathroom had excessive mould, bed was rock hard, AC was not cold, staff did not speak any English at all and used a translator app. Breakfast was weird as. Do not recommend

Overall, I really liked my stay here. There’s a some great restaurants within walking distance and lots of coffee shops. The property itself is nice, rooms are cleaned if you ask for it. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I stayed for 18 nights and had a great stay.

About 2km from the ‘tourist’ centre but you have everything everywhere in Ho Chi MInh so I was happy with everything. If you’re only in Ho Chi Minh for a short time, you may want to be closer to the centre of district one but you can get everywhere cheaply via Grab. Not much bad to say about this place.

Old, bathroom facilities desperately need improvement. Breakfast was limited. Good but eggs and bread seemed to disappear off the menu and the soup, they ran out of noodles.

We ordered a room with two beds, but they gave us one bed. The shower is not working. There was only soup for breakfast, no tea or coffee.

Breakfasts are the weak point of the hotel, but you can eat in the city and it is not expensive. Despite this, I rate the hotel as good and I can recommend it. The hotel is friendly to guests.

The hotel is in the center of eating places and near the market.

The facility is not clean

The shower was great. Japanese style with plenty of water pressure and hot water. The A/C worked very well and we needed it. There were enough english language tv channels to keep us occupied when needed.

There was a lot of noise from outside the building and sounds from outside our room could easily be heard.

Excellent location, with many restaurants, shops, etc around. The staff are very nice and attentive, they late us check out at 1 pm for 50,000 VND only. To be honest, I did not expect much from a 2-star hotel but was pleasantly surprised. Excellent value fro money.

it would be good to add coffee to the bfast menu

Staff were understanding, good customer service.

The rooms are tired, run down, smelly and dirty. Not at all like the images. In an area where night workers are very active. Not suitable for families. We cancelled and moved after one night. The reception staff could not be faulted, they were understanding and assisted in refunding our payment minus the one night.

Breakfast -> phoRoom was a little dingy, no working power outlet, fan only worked if the light was on and so that made for an odd night, one light didn’t work in the shower.Slight mold spots on the silicone in the shower.However, great service and a great view and breakfast was really yummy.

Location is okay - a little far from the sights and the aforementioned room issues.

Honestly a good hotel, good location, great value for money. Good local food spots around especially the Thai place right next door. The hotel organised to have our laundry done at a good price, bed was comfortable and a very hot shower. We were in 201 which is right on the road side, we were initially worried about noise but it was actually fine. We put the fan on for white noise. Would stay here again

Room were spacious and elevator have more room than some hotels in the city.

Bed makes us itchy and you can hear sounds from next door easily.

The pictures don't match with the reality. The shower 100% broken with zero hot water. I just don't understand why they don't even bothered to fix it. It's a tiny room with a little window.

Nothing to like much. Very basic hotel. AC not working, not hygienic. You can find better options than this hotel. Standard Rooms are very small. Doesn't feel fresh.

Air-conditioning, room size, cleanliness.

Ho Chi Minh City isn’t exactly walkable in some areas but from our hotel we could get around to most tourist attractions by foot. The room was big enough and the view was great!

Ants! I guess it’s a common problem in Vietnam because we had a similar issue in Hanoi but having to hide everything from ants isn’t ideal
