very clean hotel, staff are very helfull

Breakfast was just OK. There are a couple of choices I had, especially local food.

Quality of food is not as good as i expected.

Great location. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and modern.

The breakfast buffet was varied, but average.

Location, location, location. The hotel is conveniently located in District 1 accessible to all of Saigon's attractions.The swimming pool on the 11th floor is great too. The breakfast spread is elaborate.

The front office staff are lousy. Either they are not adequately trained or are very arrogant behaving as if they own the hotel.They also have a lady in the sales department, a Ms Kahn. She writes long lengthy letters - utterly meaningless because there is no further action on any issue that you take up with her. Whenever an issue is raised, a sweet letter follows, but for a resolution - ZERO!

The reception Ms Na is very nice and kind , the door man who speaks Chinese is also very thoughtful.

Location wise is nice and all its walking distance.

The breakfast is the same and the choices is not that much compare to other South East Asia 4 stars Hotel.

The Airconditioning controller doesn’t have auto fan mode , only Low and High fan mode. It should have low, medium, high and auto mode. It’s very strong fan sound after midnight even at low mode. It was noisy and cold even setting at temperature 26 Celsius after midnight.The breakfast restaurant should put a notice board for service timeline in stead that the staffs told guests the time for breakfast is over even at 9:23 AM which seems still early.

The location of the hotel was good as we could walk to most places of interest. The bed was comfortable and I the shower hot.

It’s just a lot of the little things that add up to spoil what could be a nice hotel. For example, one serving of a welcome cake when clearly two are booked and staying in the room. No hello or good bye when you arrive or depart from the front staff who always appear to have their heads down or talking with each other. It makes the hotel feel impersonal. The room layout is strange with a big window in bathroom that looks out on the passage way inside the room. There is a small lip between the bathroom and passage way, just big enough to stub your toes. I know, I did! Lots of lights in the room but none over the mirror in the bathroom nook, making it a dark spot. No iron for guests to borrow. Breakfast is ordinary. The coffee is terrible. Things are not replenished in a timely way. For example, no spoons when you need them. Also, the fruit is served in not peeled. We won’t stay here again. It’s too impersonal and expensive for what you get.

Good size room. Nice to have a bath. Good, hard working cook at breakfast egg station.

Breakfast buffet was poor. Always running out - only replaced if you ask a couple of times. Staff could be more attentive to this.

The receptionist, MS,Tyna, was excellent. They put us at ease with fast and accurate replies.

The best thing about the hotel were the bell boys, especially Phu'o'ng ( Leon). They were very helpful in giving directions around the city and information on tours.The Hotel's location is central to most of the sightseeing areas.The Hotel was extremely clean and well kept.Breakfast spread was ample but mostly pork.

The majority of staff manning the reception desk were unable to communicate in English and were not very helpful. When faced with a query, they generally directed you to the bell boys.Ala carte meals was mediocre and food delivered to the room was cold

Breakfast is very poor they don’t even have orange juice. . Staff terribly inadequate. The place is falling apart on sections causing tripping hazard It’s just a poor hotel . Dont stay here

The staffs at reception takes too long to process. But the bell boy is so nice.
