New Angel Airport Hotel

Staffs very nice and helpful breakfast is very good room is bigger and clean more then I expected I am very pleased I would give 4 stars

Can walk from airport terminal to hotel. Very close.

Floors & sheets clean. Staff friendly & helped to arrange taxi for us to airport.

Shower leaked/flooded water all over bathroom floor. Breakfast was below average with very limited western options. Decor old/dark style & gave a spooky feel.

The bed was like sleeping on a rock, super hard, the shower head didn’t work properly and the room on arrival was like an oven

Near the airport

They have very poor third-class service and their staff is very bad and I do not recommend them even zero percent. Their staff talks to you as if you took their money and ran away, you are theirs. Specially the boy named *khuong*

The check in is easy, good bed good air conditioning good internet breakfast is not so fancy just average.

The room is clean the air condition is working great same with the refrigerator. Shower does not have a hot water. No grab bars in the shower the room is spacious.

Great hotel, very close to the airport.

You can walk to the airport, but you'll have to cross a pretty busy road. I don't understand why they wouldn't make it walkable.

Great price. Location was good near the airport. Busy area with plenty in the way of cafes and supermarkets. Breakfast was basic but we enjoyed our omelette made to order and fresh fruit.

Shabby and dated, not all sockets worked and there weren’t many. Beds were small.

It is good value for money! This is my second stay in the hotel and I will stay there again in the future. in general, it is a nice place for a short stay. It is convenient for transit and near the airport. The hotel can arrange airport pick-up for US10.

When we came for breakfast, there was no food left, and it was not replenished till we asked for it. Staff were not even around ( we finally found the lady in the kitchen).

Free breakfast was good. Place is old & doesn’t feel very clean but was okay for one night close to airport. Bathroom was dirty & the 2 towels were more like rags. Feels more like $25 dollar hotel.

Near to airport, decent stay. They let us keep our luggage after checkout when we went to the city, and they they us check in late when our flight got delayed

Bathroom was foul smelling and its door lock was jammed. Not much breakfast options, we were told that the breakfast is open from 6.30 to 9.30 am, but the bread was over when we reached at 8. We asked the lady attendant to refill the bread and she said it was over. Almost by the time we finished eating they restocked it

This was a last minute booking due to flights being delayed. Although it wasn't planned we really enjoyed the location. The hotel is very close to the airport yet in a very authentic neighborhood. We didn't feel we were near the airport. The rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was basic but enjoyable.

The beds were harder than we would have liked but coming off a long flight that was not a big issue.

Very unhappy

The hotel is not the same as advertised! It’s old and not as big! We were horrified with the receptionist respond to our requested.We found dirty stained on the bed we called the receptions to change. She said to me that you have checked in for 2 hours and you inform me the stained now? I said after we checked in then we out for dinner and now we go to sleep and found the bed is dirty! Are we supposed to check the room facility to make sure everything is working the moment we check in? Nothing is mention when we check in? We recommend the hotel needs to review their policy!
