Rooom small , smell , it?s not comfortable , can not breathing well

The room was the perfect size and was very clean. The breakfast was excellent every morning and the staff was great. We would stay here again!

The bathroom design could be better. The way the shower was laid out caused water to get on the floor every time it was used, so we were constantly walking on wet tiles.

Location: next to plenty of restaurants/street food options.

I was traveling with my father who arrived after 10pm. Was told no visitors in the room after 10pm. I told staff that my father was the +1 on the booking. They asked if he was American (yes) and that was OK.

After 4 years of visiting Ho Chi Minh City, this is the first time we've been delighted with the hotel. Everything was great. The location is perfect, within walking distance of many places (museum, palace, city center, markets…). The room was clean and nice. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was basic but sufficient, with some Asian and European options. The staff were very polite and friendly. Overall, this was our best stay so far.

Great location for exploring attractions around Ben Thanh area. Room was clean and comfortable. Outdoor terrace was also a nice relaxing area which also had a nice little pond.

Central location off Ben Thanh Market, value for money accommodation, friendly staff. Breakfast was ok as hotel not very large to be able to offer wide selection of choices. opposite road has a Ministop convenience store to stock up on water, snacks, and essentials.

requested for extra bed during booking (room clearly for 2 adults and 2 children at booking.com selection), no response from hotel who then proceeded to claim they just saw my message when i mentioned to them at check-in. They then claimed room too small to accommodate, and then proceeded to offer room upgrade that can put in the extra bed at a high price. When we balked since we knew the extra bed only costs VND0.4m per night, they then offered walk-in rate of VND1.1m for same size room so that my family of 2 adults and 2 young children can fit. We decided not to take up their offers as they were clearly not replying to our messages at booking. This is the 1st time they did so as our previous visits with them had very fast and clear responses on whether they can or cannot do so.

I stayed in one of the Garden Balcony rooms and absolutely loved it! After a long day of touring and exploring, the peaceful atmosphere was just what I needed to unwind. Waking up to the view of the garden each morning was such a pleasant and calming way to start the day. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing stay!

The location is perfect—conveniently close to everything! I really appreciated the easy access to major landmarks, museums, local markets, and a wide range of dining options. From pho and cơm tấm to delicious bánh mì, everything was just a short walk away.

We were greeted by a very pleasant receptionist who finalised our booking including requesting payment in the local currency for the booking either by cash or credit card, a nice surprise because the booking actually mentioned our credit card will be charged prior to our actual booked date.Front desk staff were very caring always greeted us when we leave for somewhere or returning, they also happy to make taxi or rideshared cars such as Grab - a local version similar to Uber for usBecause Ly Tu Trong is a very busy but relatively narrow street, hired cars and taxis could only stop to drop off or pick up passengers from the opposite side of the hotel - staff actually turned themselves into traffic wardens blocking traffic for us to reach our hired car. As we booked for two nights but actually only stayed till 4:30 pm the next day the hotel offered us complementary breakfast, menu was reasonable with local and European style dishes

The location was really good, the room was clean and there was an aircon which wasn’t loud. We picked the room with a window so that was also nice. The beds were comfortable, in the bathroom we had almost everything we needed. Staff was incredible, very nice and helpful, they even notified us right away that we left something in the safe (expensive camera lenses). We could leave our luggage at the hotel after check out for a couple hours.

The room is smaller than we expected but we are not that picky (definitely not like on the photos). A bit old and worn out. There was one cockroach and a couple mosquitoes but we killed them and didn’t open the window so there were no more and we were fine with it. There could be some hangers in the bathroom.

Location is perfect to ben than market ,street food,pharmacy ect.staff are very friendly and welcoming and have great advice on where to go and where to eat.we had a great time at gk central

Overall very nice hotel, very nice and spacious room with a balcony, a large and clean bathroom, the balcony is not big but nice, the room is quiet.

Only the air conditioning in our room was weak and even after a few hours it was still not cool, there was no cold breeze at all. Maybe it is worth turning on the air conditioning before the client arrives, so that the room is already prepared for him.

Great location and perfect for touring the city. Bring earplugs as it is in the heart of the city surrounded by disco bars. Staff were helpful but there were some language barriers to overcome which is surprising for such a metropolitan place. Breakfast was okay but very basic!

The room was old, smelly, AC barely worked. The shower was alright, hot water atleast, location was decent. Staff barely spoke English but were friendly.
